Designed and developed by Tianjin Port Pacific International Container Terminal Company, the first container yard bridge in mainland China that adopts the national production and chemical electronic control system has been put into use. The localization of the mechanical and electrical control system of the container yard bridge in the mainland port industry has thus made a substantial breakthrough, and the full set of electronic control systems for the container yard bridge has achieved complete autonomy and controllability.
The electronic control system is the "nerve center" of large-scale PORT MACHINERY equipment, which undertakes the core functions of equipment command analysis, transmission, feedback and drive execution. For a long time, foreign electrical manufacturers have a large market share of the port equipment electronic control system, the purchase price of important components and the high cost of later maintenance, and the technical parameters cannot be shared, which brings many inconveniences to the port technology upgrade and production operation. In order to overcome this "card neck" problem and realize the independent controllability of the electronic control system of port equipment, the technical team of Tianjin Port Pacific International Company and Eurasia International Company and other fraternal units have pioneered and innovated according to the technical characteristics, working conditions and electronic control logic of different types of field bridges, and innovatively realized the "Tianjin Port Scheme" of localization and replacement of the electronic control system of container yard bridges.
Through in-depth cooperation with well-known domestic electronic control manufacturers, the overall replacement and upgrading of the electric room of the container yard bridge is carried out, and all institutions use the latest series of domestic frequency converters and PLC control systems, and compile control procedures and parameter settings that meet the actual production of container terminals. After a year of design, transformation and commissioning, the first national production and chemical electronic control system container yard bridge in the mainland was finally successfully put into production.
The performance of the new localization electronic control system is stable and meets the needs of port production operations. The system has an open interface mode to solve the problem of sharing technical parameters; adopts the latest modular integration technology to reduce nearly 20% of maintenance costs and 25% of spare parts procurement costs; has faster network transmission speed, stronger signal anti-interference capability, smoother frequency conversion and current conversion function, to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, but also in line with the actual needs of the late automation transformation and upgrading of container terminals. At the same time, the new program also fully considers the general problem of equipment upgrading, and has a good promotion and replication in the national port industry.
