Hyundai Capital, a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor, has established a joint venture with a subsidiary of Societe Generale

Yonhap News Agency, January 18 (Yonhap) - Hyundai Capital Services Inc., a financial services arm of South Korea's Hyundai Motor Group, said on Tuesday that it had formed a joint venture with CGI Finance, a subsidiary of The French Societe Generale Group.

Hyundai Capital France will provide auto financial services, including leasing, loans and insurance, to customers of Hyundai Motor Group's Hyundai Motor Group and Kia, as well as financing services for Dealers in France, Hyundai Capital said.

The joint venture is modern capital's 10th overseas financial entity and the fifth in Europe.
