Moderator: First of all, congratulations to Little Nova for winning the 2021 Influential Quality Education Brand Award, in fact, in 2021, we often hear about the double reduction policy, the three-child policy... The popularity of these topics is actually high, so what kind of fresh blood will this wave of new policies bring to the market? Or, what kind of new power points will the little nova have, can LEO share it with you?

LEO: I believe that with the introduction of the double reduction policy, all education peers will think about the same question, how to meet the various educational needs of the new generation of families as much as possible under the premise of compliance. So I think our key direction is to transform, or even change careers. So in this process, there is a lot of work to be done, and for the little nova, I think we have a lot of various methods and measures. The most important thing is that first of all, we must actively find the development direction that is suitable for our own team and our own business, including the development direction that is suitable for our own brand genes under the premise of policy compliance. Therefore, the little nova is also in the past 30 years of educational experience under the premise of summarizing the growth rules of children, including their learning habits, as well as the preferences of the new generation of families, such a few big prerequisites, we have explored a more creative, immersive and experiential aspect of the education service products.

Moderator: OK, thanks to LEO's sharing, in fact, 2021 is both a challenge and an opportunity for us, so if LEO gives you a chance to use a word or a sentence to describe the little nova of 2021, what kind of words will you use?

LEO: I thought about it a bit, and it might be better to use the word commitment. Because of the change in policy, for many education peers, I think there are opportunities and challenges. Then we can neither lie in the past achievements, nor can we always be in a confused state about the future. So under these conditions, I think we have to adjust our mentality very positively, and at the same time, we must sort out some of the characteristics and strengths of the team, then I believe that the new generation of parents know more than ever what direction their children need to grow, so I think we need to maintain communication with consumers, including better focusing on our children. Do not forget the original intention, maintain such a mentality, in order to let our team go farther and farther, let our brand go farther and farther. So I think it's especially good to use the word undertaker.
