In the afternoon of the same day, the reporter came to the Huawei experience store and saw that the different models of mobile phone prototypes on the mobile phone experience counter were neatly arranged and connected to the anti-theft charging cable, except for one booth that was empty, and the description column on the side showed that this was the booth of the Huawei mobile phone NZONE S7 Pro 5G.

On January 14, the mobile phone offline experience store responded that the appearance of indecent pictures in the prototype was because when a customer came to the store to import relevant information, he logged in to his private account, forgot to log out due to a momentary negligence, and the prototype shared the photos in the private account into the album through the sharing function of the cloud space. On January 13, the store had contacted the customer to come to the store, log out of the account and delete the picture.
The store staff said: "This is indeed the problem that we have unqualified prototype monitoring. He also said that when the customer found that there were indecent pictures in the mobile phone that day, the store immediately apologized verbally to the customer, and would formally apologize to him later.
The reporter noted that although the door of this mobile phone store hangs Huawei's logo, the electronic products sold in the store are Huawei brands, which are also displayed as "Huawei (Superbrand Plaza store)" on a review website, but when the reporter searched for Huawei authorized experience stores on Huawei's official website, he did not find this store.
