In the afternoon of the same day, the reporter came to the mobile phone store located on the 5th floor of Lujiazui Superbrand Square, in the store electronic product display area, the reporter found that the prototype displayed on the counter is basically connected to the bottom of the charging port, only this booth only has a charging port and no mobile phone, and the description column on the side shows that here is the booth of Huawei mobile phone NZONE S7 Pro 5G.

The reporter compared the pictures provided by the complainant and found that this should be the placement of the mobile phone involved pointed out by the complainant.

The reporter asked the clerk why there is no mobile phone here, the clerk said that the mobile phone is still in the store, if the reporter wants to see, you can take it to the reporter, and then take out the sample mobile phone from the service desk.

The reporter compared the prototype taken out by the clerk and the mobile phone reflected by the complainant with indecent pictures, and the appearance was basically the same. Subsequently, the reporter opened the mobile phone album and found that the album had been emptied, without any pictures or videos.

Subsequently, the reporter compared other prototypes in the store and found that there were at least 10 display photos or videos stored in the photo albums of other prototypes.

On January 14, the store responded that the appearance of indecent pictures in the prototype was because when a customer came to the store to import relevant information, he logged in to his private account, and forgot to log out due to a momentary negligence, and the prototype shared the photos in the private account into the album through the sharing function of the cloud space. On January 13, the store had contacted the customer to come to the store, log out of the account and delete the picture.

"This is indeed the problem that we have unqualified prototype monitoring." The relevant staff of the store told reporters that when the customer found that there were indecent pictures in the mobile phone, the store immediately apologized verbally to the customer, and would formally apologize to him later.

The reporter noted that although the door of this mobile phone store hangs the Huawei logo, the electronic products sold in the store are also Huawei brands, which are also displayed as "Huawei (Superbrand Plaza store)" on a review website, but when the reporter searched for Huawei authorized experience stores on Huawei's official website, he did not find this store. In this regard, the clerk of the store said that "(indeed) it is not a Huawei authorized experience store, it can be regarded as a specialty store."
