In order to do a good job in the protection of service enterprises, since 2021, Shinan District has innovated ideas and taken multiple measures to accurately serve service enterprises and enhance the overall development level of the service industry in the whole district.
Not long ago, the Shinan District Development and Reform Bureau invited representatives of enterprises in the fields of accounting, auditing, and human resources in the jurisdiction to hold a forum on for-profit service enterprises. Participating enterprises and various departments of the district government conducted in-depth communication and exchanges around the current business situation and the development direction of next year, as well as opinions and suggestions on government services. At present, there are 224 for-profit service enterprises in Shinan District, and the operating income from January to October 2021 is 20.9 billion yuan, an increase of 38.9% year-on-year, 11.6 percentage points higher than that of the city. Among the first batch of 22 municipal modern service industry agglomeration areas announced by Qingdao in 2021, Shinan District was selected as 5, ranking first in the city.
