Chen Lusheng Art Museum is an art museum named after mr. Chen Lusheng, a famous art historian, calligrapher and painter, and photographer, located in Xinba Xinzhi Village, Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province, a beautiful village, and is a public welfare social and cultural institution. Established on May 23, 2019, it is free to the public from May 18, 2020. The exhibition hall covers an area of 1,000 square meters, the collection warehouse is 200 square meters, and the public education space area is 300 square meters. In terms of design, the art museum takes bamboo as the architectural façade, which echoes with the style of the Yangtze River, and the decoration in the museum is slightly elegant, so as to highlight the brilliance of the exhibits, so that the exhibits have a most suitable exhibition environment, so that visitors can get profound artistic enjoyment in this art hall.

The collection includes Chinese painting, calligraphy, oil painting, printmaking, watercolor gouache, sculpture, video, installation, and folk art.
Chen Lusheng Art Museum is the main part of the Chen Lusheng Museum Group, which forms a museum group together with the Han Culture Museum and the Bamboo Museum. The combination of the three museums enhances the social influence of the art museum and increases the visitor flow of the audience.
