Therefore, the saint can know the world's affairs without traveling, he can know the laws of nature without looking, and he can achieve great things without deliberate action.

Why can a saint not know without doing it, not seeing it, and becoming famous without doing it? For the saints know to walk according to the Word and to communicate with the Word. The occurrence, development, and end of all things under the heavens do not conform to the laws of the Tao, so the saints walk according to the Tao, keep their hearts, make the heart quiet, make the Tao clear, and the heart and the Tao become one, and naturally they will know the world without leaving home.
Zhuge Liang in the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" lived in seclusion in Longzhong, and knowing the major events of the world, he acted according to the Tao, and analyzed the way, and came up with the strategy of joining Sun to resist Cao and revive the Han Chamber. Therefore, at the moment, we must not rush into the matter, and we should not rush forward in a hurry, and make plans in silence, and often when the mind is quiet and closest to the Tao, we can come up with a better way, and making decisions in a hurry is often counterproductive.
