(hereinafter referred to as "Dupu New Energy") underwent industrial and commercial changes on January 13, and the new shareholder was Ganfeng Lithium, and the registered capital increased to 31.827 million yuan.

Dupu New Energy was established in March 2017, and its business scope includes motor vehicle charging sales, sales of new energy vehicle replacement facilities, and new energy prime mover equipment manufacturing. According to the company's official website, Dupu New Energy is an emerging technology company with scientific and technological research and development as the core, and the research and development field involves the front and back end of the new energy industry, covering multiple subdivisions such as control communications, battery energy storage, conduction charging and so on.

In April 2020, Dupu New Energy signed a contract with the German Volkswagen Parts Group to establish Enoway (Suzhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Enovo") in accordance with the proportion of 50% of the shares held by each. In November 2021, HNOVIS's flexible energy storage charging pile project was successfully mass-produced.

Wisdom bud data show that Dupu New Energy mainly focuses on battery management systems, charging piles, charging guns, power modules, input terminals, detection circuits and other technical fields, has published 123 patent applications, patents under review accounted for more than 53%, non-appearance patents accounted for more than 90%, and patents with higher market value include "a method of obtaining surplus power and obtaining system".
