On an ice rink in Yinchuan, Ningxia, a group of "silver-haired old boys" formed a red and blue team, chasing ice hockey on the ice, and a fierce competition began.

The red and blue players are from this ice hockey team called "Fire Phoenix", which currently has more than 20 members, and the average age of the main players is over 50 years old. Police, teachers, engineers and other hockey enthusiasts from all walks of life gather to meet at the ice rink on time every Tuesday, and the harsh winter and heat continue as always.

Ice hockey, also known as "ice hockey", has a strong competitive and ornamental nature, and is one of the most popular sports in the Winter Olympics.
