United Nations Post has been issuing zodiac stamps since 2010 during the Shanghai World Expo, with the first round ending in the Year of the Ox (2021). The second round of the "Chinese New Year" series begins with a tiger.

The "Year of the Tiger" stamp plate was created by Chinese artist Mr. Pan Hu, who is the second time he has joined hands with the United Nations Post after the "Year of the Dog 2018" stamp. Mr. Pan Hu introduced the creation of stamps to the guests online. He said: "Our design is inspired by the classic poem "In My Past, Present and Future" by Sigref Sasson, "There is a tiger in the heart, and a rose in the heart". This poem is wrapped in a universal value, and all things have two sides, one side represents strength, the other side represents delicacy... The tiger symbolizes authority, health and auspiciousness, and the tiger is also a spiritual totem of bravery and fearlessness. Therefore, we stand in the global perspective of the United Nations, so that the "2022 Year of the Tiger" zodiac sign contains upward spirit and good wishes, bringing happiness and hope to people around the world!

The second Spring Festival product launched by UNPA is the United Nations stamp theme silk scarf "Language of the World". On 21 February 2019, the International Mother Tongues Day, unesco, the United Nations Post will issue a set of 3 editions of the World Languages commemorative stamp sheet. In 2022, UNPA cooperated with Beijing Nosivi Cultural Exchange Co., Ltd. to launch the "World Language" stamp theme silk scarf, which draws global attention to the diversity of languages and cultures in a rich form and encourages international friendly exchanges.

This is the first united nations postal stamp-themed silk scarf product. As with the stamps, the "World Language" silk scarf set consists of 3 pieces. The three screens contain "Hello" in 41 languages, and are designed by Sergio Baradat (Un).
