1. The lessee has the obligation to use the leased property in accordance with the agreed purpose, and if there is no agreement on the purpose of the leased property, or the agreement is not clear, it shall be obliged to use the leased property. If the lease is used in violation of the agreement or the nature of the leased property, resulting in the loss of the leased property, the lessee will bear the liability for damages in accordance with the law.
2. The lessee has the obligation to properly keep and maintain the leased property during the lease period, and if the lessee fails to keep and maintain the leased property, resulting in the loss of the leased property, it shall compensate for the loss according to law.
3. In the event that the lessee intends to improve the leased property, it is obliged to notify the lessor that the improvement can only be carried out with the consent of the lessor, otherwise it will bear the responsibility for restitution or the liability for compensation for losses.
4. The lessee has the obligation to negotiate with the lessor in advance if it intends to sublease the leased property, and can only sublease with its consent, and if it subleases without consent, the lessor has the right to terminate the lease contract.
5. The lessee shall have the obligation to pay the rent in a timely manner in accordance with the agreed period.

7. The lessee has the obligation to ensure that the leased property delivered after the expiration of the lease period is in accordance with the agreed purpose or the nature of the leased property.
