And according to Yahoo Sports reporter Chris Haynes, the 76ers have conducted due diligence with the Kings on the possibility of a Fox and Simmons trade:
"The 76ers conducted an investigation into the Fox and Ben Simmons deal just a few days ago, but the conversation between the two sides remains exploratory due diligence," the sources said.
Of course, rumors about the 76ers and Ben Simmons will still be hotly discussed, and according to ESPN reporter Adrian Warnaroski, the Hawks do not want to accept a potential deal between Tobias Harris and Ben Simmons, but John Collins and Kevin Hurth could well be an important bargaining chip between the Hawks and the 76ers to promote a potential deal.
