The sixth child, Isaac, was born not long ago to a Saudi Arabian father.

In 2021, Mehrab returned to Kenya from Saudi Arabia with Isaac in his arms. On December 31, 2021, the child was born, just three hours before the new year.

Mehrab said she rushed to the hospital when she began to feel like her baby was ready to be born. "Less than 30 minutes after I arrived at the hospital, I started to feel pain and I went around asking how I could get help," she recalls.

It is reported that when Mehrab left Kenya for Saudi Arabia, she believed that she would provide better opportunities for her children. At that time, she married a Kenyan man and bore him 3 children, but the other party often abused her.

After leaving her Kenyan husband, Merab met a Sudanese man and became pregnant with his child, who abandoned merab after learning that she was pregnant. A few months after giving birth to the child, Mehrab met another Sultan in Saudi Arabia, who became pregnant again, her fifth child, and was also abandoned by the other side.
