Recently, the Fifth Supervision Group of the Municipal Government Education Supervision Committee conducted on-site supervision of the performance of education duties by the Zhangjiachuan County People's Government in 2021. On behalf of the county government, Ma Shaoxiong, deputy county governor of the county government, reported on the performance of annual education duties, and the supervision team inquired about the implementation of education policies by functional departments such as education, organization, human resources and social security, and natural resources, and held three forums at three levels: representatives of principals and teachers, representatives of parents, and members of the CPPCC National Committee.
After the meeting, the inspection team went deep into the construction site of xicheng middle school project, county fourth kindergarten, Shangmo primary school, Ayang middle school, county second middle school, county vocational education center and other places to carry out on-site supervision of the epidemic prevention and control, environmental sanitation, school safety, teacher allocation and other aspects of various schools.
The supervision group believes that in the past year, Zhangjiachuan County has adhered to the development strategy of giving priority to education without wavering, clearly established the orientation of "grasping education in a big way" in the whole county, formulated and issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Education in Zhangjiachuan County.", the main leaders of the party and government have repeatedly gone deep into schools to carry out research and study, give lectures on ideological and political lessons, and regularly held meetings of the county party committee's education work leading group and the county's education work conference to implement the party's education policy with practical actions. Closely follow the needs of the county's new urbanization development, continuously increase financial investment, continue to optimize the educational layout, balance the allocation of educational resources, tailor-made xicheng education park, and effectively enhance the capacity of urban schools. Pilot the work of "county management and school recruitment", carry out the county's education system teacher morality and teacher style centralized rectification activities, normalize the "famous teacher lecture hall", build a number of "famous teacher studios", and continuously improve the quality of the construction of the teacher team. The county party committee and the county government give priority to education in development, give priority to supporting education in work, give priority to ensuring education in investment, strive to accelerate the construction of strong education counties in ethnic minority areas, and fulfill all responsibilities for the development of education.
