A few days ago, a set of sketches of the new Honda HR-V of the United States was exposed. The new car will be designed in a crossover style and is expected to debut later this year.
The new car is completely different from the international version of the design, using a more cross-border style design. The grille and headlights at the front of the car are somewhat similar to the Ford Sharp Boundary, and adopt a large black enveloping design, which is more wild.
The new car features a more muscular shoulder line and wheel arch design, while the rear door handles return to the conventional design. Similar to the front of the car, the rear of the car also adopts a large area of black bracketing design.
The new car's powertrain has yet to be revealed, but it is expected to be powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine that will explode with 143 hp (105 kW) and 172 Nm of torque. In addition, it is speculated that it will be replaced by the Civic's 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, which can produce 160 horsepower (118 kW) and 187 Nm of torque.
