In January 1949, taking advantage of Chiang Kai-shek's third dismissal, Wei Lihuang and his wife Han Quanhua moved to Hong Kong, where he lived there until 1955. In 1960, Wei Lihuang died of illness at the age of 63.
So, after Wei Lihuang died, how did his descendants live? According to records, Wei Lihuang married four wives and gave birth to six children, which were three boys and three women. Six children were born to his first three wives, and Wei Lihuang's last wife, Han Quanhua, was childless. Wei Lihuang's three sons were the eldest son Wei Daojie, the second son Wei Daoxi, and the third son Wei Daoran; the three daughters were the eldest daughter Wei Daorong, the second daughter Wei Daojing, and the younger daughter Wei Daoyun.
The eldest son, Wei Daojie, was born in 1918, and he was as intelligent and wise as his father, becoming a student of the 14th class of the Whampoa School at the age of nineteen, and after graduation, he received a heavy weight and served as the deputy colonel of the Special Agent Company and the Chinese Expeditionary Force. After the founding of new China, Wei Daojie engaged in financial work and died of illness in 1986 at the age of 68.

Wei Lihuang's third son, Wei Daoran, was born in 1931 to His mother was Wei Lihuang's third wife, Zhu Yunheng. Wei Daoran did not have a good life when he was young, his father fought on the battlefield for many years, and his mother died of illness when he was 8 years old, so Wei Daoran's childhood has always been like an orphan.
Fortunately, Wei Daoran is a person with excellent academic performance, he has studied at two universities and obtained a pilot's license. Wei Daoran originally lived in Hong Kong, after Wei Lihuang's death, he returned to China, at first he was inexperienced, and could only be an ordinary technician. But he worked very hard and became a senior engineer within a few years. In his later years, Wei Daoran has always been committed to cross-strait peace, and has served as a member of the Beijing CppcC National Committee and other positions. Wei Lihuang's eldest daughter, Wei Daorong, was born to Wei Lihuang's first wife, and she did not have much information.
