Unspeakable grievances, the most grievances

Zhang Ailing once said:

"Laugh, the whole world laughs with you; cry, you cry alone." The grievances of adults cannot be shared with others. ”

We often say duplicitous words, and the saddest words, the most real feelings, the most repressed grievances, but it seems that they can never be spoken.

Silence is not without emotion, but I just feel that I have lost the meaning of saying it, because not everyone comes to you with sincerity.

Some things you say, others will only take as jokes, some things you say, others will only talk behind their backs.

Because we have suffered losses, we have a defensive spirit; because we have been injured, we have learned silence.

Even if someone asks, they don't know how to open their mouths, and even if someone talks, no one can empathize.

The scars that cannot be lifted are the most painful, the tears that cannot be shed are the most sour, the grievances that cannot be spoken are called grievances, and the dialogue that is carefully played out and silently deleted is the most poignant.

Fortunately, life is long, there is always rain and sunshine, the day when the winter is gone and the galaxy is long,

As Liu Tong once said:

"Everything always has a past time, look back at the rest of your life, it turns out that everything has cracks, that is where the light shines in"

Difficult days will always pass, in the unhappy days, to learn to heal themselves,

May you accept your vulnerability and thank yourself for your strength.
