Romano: Neres will transfer to Shakhtar Donetsk for a transfer fee of 16 million to 17 million euros

The deal is now fully finalised and Neres is about to sign a deal with The Donetsk Miners, who will pay a transfer fee of €16 million to €17 million for the Brazilian international.
