Office workers who sit in front of the computer for a long time are prone to shoulder and neck problems, and I am already a bit serious in 2020. Massage, cupping, and plastering are already treatments and are generally last resorts.
It is still the most important exercise, so I started fitness at the end of 2020. On January 8th, the record rode for eight minutes, 3.74 kilometers, a heartbeat of 152, and a consumption of 46 kcal. By the end of 2021, this physical fitness record has nearly tripled.
The gratifying change is that the body strength is enhanced, the muscles have been contoured, and the middle-aged greasy belly poop is no longer worried about going to the beach. The human body is a complex and sophisticated system, as long as there is enough sleep, many small problems will heal themselves in sleep. People who can sleep are generally healthier. In 2022, I hope to go to bed early and get up early with everyone, and guarantee at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
Another factor that is overlooked for health is emotions, and the destructive power of people's emotions on the body is often surprising. An obvious fact in life is that those who have a bad temper and are not easy to control their emotions have more physical problems, and they may also have serious illnesses at a young age.
Different pressures, all kinds of blocked things every day, learn to regulate good emotions, positive and optimistic attitude to solve problems in life is a lifetime to insist on improving things. You can read and study, or you may wish to boldly go to see a psychologist.
Second, entertainment and leisure should also look up at the starry sky
In the Spring Festival of 2021, we took our family to Anji Longwang Village, and we wore masks and stayed in a hotel that looked like a piece of paper.

My lover read with me and ordered a cup of coffee in the hotel's quiet café to peruse Thoreau's Walden. It's the product of a writer who built his own cabin by the lake and lived alone for 26 months thinking.
Only those who have read this book will know why I have been reading this book for half a year.
First, Thoreau's niche life is not of interest to most people, and there are not many stories that make you read gossip quickly. You have to be as still as Thoreau's lake.
Second, the writing of the book is obscure, and as an impetuous business person, reading such a book tests willpower.
Third, Thoreau's thinking and understanding of life exceeds that of ordinary people, and he is a true hermit. What he wrote when he was 28 doesn't necessarily feel subrogative for people in their 40s today. He wrote the book in the 1840s and 1850s, when the United States rose to prominence, the Civil War, and half a century later replaced the British Empire, which once ruled 1/4 of the earth. The context of this change was not necessarily fully understood even by Thoreau.
After coming out of Anji halfway through the book, we drove to Hangzhou's West Lake and stayed at the Quyuan Fenghe side, one of the Ten Scenic Spots of the West Lake.
After breakfast in the hotel, I took my lover and children to walk around the West Lake, passing the Tomb of WuSong, which was rebuilt in 2004, which should not have thought that the Shandong Han would be buried in such a literary and artistic place on the shore of Xizi Lake, right?
Nearby is the tomb of Su Xiaoxiao, which was destroyed in 1964 and rebuilt 40 years later. This famous singer and prostitute who appeared in literary and artistic works during the Southern Dynasty period had tourists visiting every day, and after his death, it was not cold. So many celebrities, Yue Fei, Yu Qian, Qiu Jin, etc. are buried by the lively West Lake, they were so lively before they were born, they should not be lonely today, right?
It is early spring, accompanied by green water and sycamores. It's just that the lotus flowers are the remnants of the stems after the midsummer of last year, exposed to the water, like small snakes holding their heads high and looking at tourists. Lotus leaves decay and prosper, year after year.
A few Mandarin ducks frolicking in the water bring some life to the West Lake. One of them, with a little baby. The small one is very naughty, diving into the water several times for a while before floating up, it should be in the water to eat small fish. The children were fascinated.
A couple came from opposite, listening to the accent is Shandong people. The men are wearing straight suits, but the girls are casual sweatshirts, all full of childish faces, hugging each other. I feel that although I have no long things, I am accompanied by beautiful people and full of spring in the lake.
In the afternoon, I had dinner outside the building. The famous dishes of Louwailou are West Lake vinegar fish, Dongpo stewed meat, flower boy chicken, Longjing shrimp, Song Sister-in-law fish soup and so on. Even during the Spring Festival, business is still booming, and high-end friends are full of seats.
What impressed me the most was the ironic name of a cocktail called "Free Cuba" in the hotel. If North Korea has the same name as Cuban rum, a free North Korean cocktail should be more popular.

Because there are months that are particularly busy, the second half of the year is lackluster. On October 1, the seven-day holiday of National Day, self-driving back to our hometown allowed us to see what is the high-speed traffic jam of the domestic long holiday. More than ten kilometers of road, you can drive a morning, on the highway, this speed does temper the mind.
After that, there is no need to try again, and the goal of letting the children understand the hardships of this road has been achieved. They will remember in the future that we need to wear masks, scan green codes and eat fast food in every service area.
Four days on the road, less than three days at home, laughed at by friends as a real seven-day "self-driving tour". One of the three days was very pleasant, and the feeling of returning to nature and the original village was refreshing.

This point has far exceeded the general OEM. However, the price given by the customer is higher than the profit of foreign trade orders, and it is a point of hard work and a harvest.

In 2021, the company's team has expanded, and many college students have been interviewed. However, the overall feeling is that today's college students do not have a good career plan for their future, and many college students lack humanistic accomplishment.
Because of the epidemic, the school requires online interviews first, and the school has set up a group, and we have one-on-one video interviews in the group.
As far as English is concerned, schools still attach importance to written English, and oral English is relatively lacking. Of the four, one with a slightly better spoken and a little bolder immediately stood out.
