Guizhou, January 11 (Reporter Zhang Yijing, correspondent Zhu Shengpan, Wu Guoming) In recent years, Cengong County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, has continued to promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage, gradually transforming the identity of intangible cultural heritage from "heritage" to "resources", actively developing characteristic cultural products and services, so that intangible cultural heritage can feed back economic and social development, and add color to the implementation of the tourism industrialization strategy.

Walking into the Sizhou Yan Inheritance Base in CenGong County, I saw the Nine Dragon Yan, Goldfish Yan, Bagua Yan and other neatly arranged, they seemed to be waiting for the "encounter" with people who were related.

"Here simply hollow it out, hollow it out to this position, flatten here..." In the transmission room, the teaching voice of Zhou Yongping, the non-hereditary inheritor of Sizhou Yan, is playing a "symphony" of non-genetic inheritance and innovation.

"If the industry develops well, the foundation must be laid firmly." In the past, the students of the Sizhou Yan Inheritance Base were working in the simple tin factory building, the winter was cold and the summer was hot, the dust was very large, and many students who were interested in Shi Yan left the base because of the simple factory building, which greatly affected the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.

In view of the problems such as the weak infrastructure of intangible cultural heritage projects, with the help of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China to help Cen Gong at the designated point, Cen Gong County won 200,000 yuan of assistance funds from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China for the transformation and upgrading of the infrastructure of the intangible cultural heritage projects, improved the working environment of the inheritors, improved the skills and level of the inheritors, and also provided a good platform for the future Sizhou Yan practical training activities, and solved the bottleneck restricting the non-genetic inheritance from the source.

"In the past, the place where Sizhou Yan was made was chaotic, and it was very cold in winter, but now after the renovation, a vacuum cleaner is installed, the floor is laid, the environment is better, the dust is less, and it is warmer." Yang Liang, a non-hereditary heir of Sizhou Yan, said that a good environment makes work more comfortable and more secure.

Culture is like water, soaked in silence, through vigorous investment in the transformation and upgrading of the infrastructure of intangible cultural heritage projects, it has further strengthened the cultural self-confidence of non-genetic inheritors. "I have been engaged in the Sizhou Yan industry for more than five years, and now that the factory buildings have been transformed, I hope that young people like me will come to learn and carry forward our Cen Gong Sizhou Yan." Yin Youyang, a non-hereditary heir of Sizhou Yan, said.

At the same time, focusing on the "living" inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, the representative inheritance activities of 12 intangible cultural heritage projects at the provincial and state levels are subsidized by 5,000 yuan per year, and a number of excellent traditional cultures have been protected and inherited, accelerating the deep integration of Sizhou culture and tourism industry, and laying a solid foundation for the implementation of the tourism industrialization strategy in Cengong County.
