【Original】

Gao Chai, Qi Ren, Gao Clan of the Other Clan, Zi Zi Lamb, Lesser Confucius forty (Note 1) years old. It is no more than six feet long and has a very bad appearance (Note 2). To be a man of filial piety (Note 3) and to have a Dhamma (Note 4). Shaojulu, zhi (note 5) is named after the gate of Confucius. Shi is Wu Chengzai.

Fan Su, a native of Lu Guo, was forty-six years younger than Confucius. At the age of twenty, he went to the Ji clan as a courtier.
