There are 4 race points in the 500 meters, 9 race points in the 1000 meters, and 12 race points in the 1500 meters. Each time they pass the match points, the top athlete receives extra points, with a full point score of 3600 points.
The sum of the three individual points is sorted, and the first place in each race automatically qualifies for the Olympic Games. Athletes who qualify in the first leg do not need to participate in the second and third leg selections. Athletes who qualify in the second leg do not need to participate in the third leg of the selection. In addition, in addition to the three athletes who have already qualified, the top 2 in the three stations will also be qualified for the Beijing Winter Olympics.
If a player commits a foul in a match and is cancelled, 900 points will be deducted. In the women's 500m race, Guo Yihan and Zang Yize were cancelled due to fouls, and they were deducted 900 points accordingly.

It is worth mentioning that Lin Xiaojun, the men's 1500m champion of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and who has joined the Chinese nationality, also participated in the selection competition, and he changed his name from "Lin Xiaojun" to "Lin Xiaojun" to represent the Hebei team. In the men's 500m semifinals, Lin Xiaoyuan finished third in the first group, Sun Long and Jia Haidong won the top two places in the group, and Li Wenlong won the first place in the second group of the semifinals.
In the women's 500m Group A final, the four contestants were Fan Kexin, Zhang Chutong, Zhang Yuting and Wang Xinran. After the game began, Fan Kexin quickly grabbed the sliding position, Zhang Chutong and Zhang Yuting ranked second and third, and Wang Xinran was in fourth. In the competition, Wang Xinran surpassed Zhang Chutong and Zhang Yuting in the last half of the lap, and in the end, Fan Kexin took the lead in crossing the finish line to win the women's 500 meters championship, Wang Xinran won the runner-up, and Fan Kexin also automatically qualified for the Winter Olympics.

In the men's 500m Group A final, the four contestants were Sun Long, Li Wenlong, Jia Haidong and Yu Songnan. In the race, Sun Long took the lead in crossing the finish line to win the men's 500 meters championship, and at the same time qualified for the Winter Olympics, and Li Wenlong won the second place.
