"Tennis 10s Course" means a course for students aged 10 and under to learn tennis on smaller courts using slow red, orange and green balls. The "Tennis 10s Course" focuses on the in-depth level of tennis participation of young students and provides a suitable training channel for them, including suitable competitions. All players aged 10 and under in the Tennis 10s Course can participate in tennis training and tennis matches for their age group.

The three phases of the Tennis 10s course consist of a series of development steps, with all participants progressing over the course of the competition depending on their age, ability, self-confidence and participation.

Red Ball Stage 3

This stage is mainly aimed at children under 8 years old, but it is also suitable for mass entertainment for other age groups.

Orange Ball Stage 2

The Orange Ball Stage is the intermediate stage of the "Tennis 10s Course", the Orange Ball Stage 2 uses a tennis ball that is 50% slower than the standard yellow ball and uses an 18.29 m (60 ft) long course. Students in the Orange Ball Stage are advanced players in the Red Ball Stage who have mastered all the skills of the Red Ball Stage and have the ability to use the faster ball in larger ball games. In general, the promotion in the red ball stage is based on the age of 7-9. Older students can also start from the orange ball stage.

Green Ball Stage 1

The Green Ball Stage is the advanced stage of the "Tennis 10s Course", the Green Ball Stage 1 uses tennis balls that are 25% slower than the standard yellow ball, after which students can use the standard yellow ball to play on the standard tennis court. The age of students in the green ball stage is generally between 9-10 years old, of course, depending on the ability of the students and the age at which they start learning.
