Qi Benyu's three secrets to becoming popular

introduction

On November 2, 1983, Qi Benyu was sentenced to 18 years in prison for inciting, falsely accusing, framing, and gathering crowds to smash and rob.

On April 20, 2016, in Shanghai, Qi Benyu died of illness, and his life was frozen at 7:58 a.m.

01

Qi Benyu was born in 1931 in Weihai, Shandong.

His qualifications are actually relatively shallow, and he officially joined the party in 1949, when he was still a high school student and only 18 years old.

In the 1960s and 1970s, Qi Benyu was known as "Qi Dashuai", and he was one of the three major pen poles at that time, the other two being Wang Li and Guan Feng.

As mentioned earlier, Qi Benyu's qualifications are relatively shallow, although his writing is very good, and he is also appreciated by some "show talents" around him, but it is only limited to this.

Qi Benyu's three secrets to becoming popular

This is an unacceptable fact for Qi Benyu, who is already over thirty years old, has no name, and has no power.

Objectively speaking, he is a person with a certain ambition, which can be seen in his later behavior after he gained power.

As a literati, you either show the world with articles or you have been anonymous.

Qi Benyu, who is already 32 years old, took the sword to the side and began to make some of his own reputation with an article entitled "Commenting on Li Xiucheng's Self-Description", this year, it was 1963.

We all know that only by taking the road that ordinary people do not take and refuting the views that everyone has accepted can we make ourselves stand out.

Li Xiucheng, a person, has always been a positive figure, of course, the only stain to say is that after being captured, he wrote a letter of surrender to Zeng Guofan.

However, historians have always been controversial about this matter, and as for the specific reasons, only the parties concerned know.

In the article, Qi Benyu directly portrayed Li Xiucheng as an image of a "traitor", with sharp words and sophisticated writing.

As soon as this article was published, it immediately attracted controversy.

With the controversy, it naturally brought traffic, and the three words "Qi Benyu" were revealed.

However, the pressure brought by this article at the beginning made Qi Benyu overwhelmed. Historians generally believe that he is sensationalism and deliberately doing it to gain fame.

Under the many objections, Qi Benyu also intended to issue an apology statement, but his turnaround appeared.

After reading his article, the great man made a sixteen-word reply:

"Black and white words, iron cases like mountains, loyal kings are disloyal, not enough for training."

It was these sixteen-word approval that made Qi Benyu famous, and soon after, he was able to enter the "Red Flag" magazine and serve as the leader of the history group.

The stage play that belonged to him Qi Benyu opened the curtain.

In addition to having the name of "Qi Dashuai", Qi Benyu is also called "North Stick", and the name of this "North Stick" comes from Professor Jin Chunming.

In the 1980s, Professor Jin Chunming wrote an article in which there was this passage:

"At that time, there were two sticks in the theoretical circles: a south stick and a north stick; the south stick was Yao Wenyuan, and the north stick was Qi Benyu."

The use of "stick" to describe the literati is not accurate, and the pen in the hands of the literati is like a stick, and the words can whip people's flesh and spirit.

After tasting the sweetness brought by "Li Xiucheng", Qi Benyu wrote another article "How to Treat Li Xiucheng's Apostasy", which was edited by Kang Sheng and published.

This time, Qi Benyu once again tasted the sweetness brought by the criticism of Li Xiucheng, and relying on these two articles, Qi Benyu quickly became popular.

In fact, if you really say it, Qi Benyu is not a qualified literati, he writes articles to serve his career, and the history he studies is also to serve his career.

To be precise, he only wrote political articles.

Proficient in history, sophisticated writing, and good at speculating on the meaning, these three secrets made him quickly popular, and the scenery was infinite for a time.

However, qi Benyu, who quickly became popular, was obviously very uncomfortable with the sudden "sudden wealth", and successively did a lot of things that were more profitable.

As for what is the matter, you officials can go to search for it, it is indeed a mistake, in general, grasp the direction of public opinion, and use the four words of "inciting the wind and igniting the fire" to describe it more appropriately.

After Qi Benyu quickly became popular, he quickly collapsed.

On January 12, 1968, he was placed under quarantine for review, and from 1963 onwards, he was popular for almost five years.
