However, from the perspective of the final transaction price, it is basically consistent with the mainstream quotation of the current market, among which the second-class wheat directly under the chuzhou library in Anhui Province is even higher than the starting price of 740 yuan.

Therefore, starch, alcohol, feed and other related enterprises are still very willing to purchase aged grains, but it does not affect the processing, and the price is still cheap, so the auction is very fierce, and the high-priced transaction is no surprise. Then, if the peasants store grain and put it for two years, will they be able to sell it at a high price? If it is stored in the open or the storage conditions are simple, it is not called aged grain, it may be called "secondary grain", and the secondary grain can neither be eaten nor used. Even if you want to trade according to the standard of aged grain, you must first undergo strict testing and identification to determine whether there is a qualitative change.
