According to reports, Arsenal are among the Premier League clubs following Bruno Guimarães, ready to sign him in the summer window.
The Evening Standard reported on Wednesday that Everton and Newcastle are following Lyon midfielder Guimarães alongside Arsenal, who has attracted the interest of many European clubs.
Arsenal have been following Guimarães for years and are still his suitors, but no offer has been made by the club. Despite the financial difficulties, Leon was reluctant to let him go this summer.
The Evening Standard said it could take £40 million to bring in the midfielder.
Football.London also reported on the matter, confirming that three of the same clubs were interested in the player and priced him at £38m, about the same as the Evening Standard.
