The 33 sculptures from the Guangzhou Sculpture Institute are scattered on the shores of Pinqing Lake, contrasting with the blue sea and blue sky, forming a harmonious and vibrant picture of contemporary art. It is reported that the sculpture art exhibition will last until February 7 and will be open to the public free of charge.

The selected sculptures are in full line with the local cultural characteristics and are intended to create a leisure and cultural corridor full of urban atmosphere.

It is worth mentioning that Xu Hongfei, president of the Guangzhou Sculpture Institute, a first-class artist and a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, also brought 7 works, including the "Fat Girl" series of works he created. The series of works combines dynamic and static, with a witty and humorous sculptural language, carving people's favorite and interesting life scenes, and has been selected for national and Guangdong provincial art exhibitions several times. These works, which symbolize happiness and happiness, will welcome the arrival of the New Year together with the citizens of Shanwei and send "spiritual feasts" and "cultural gifts" to the local people.

Shanwei's deep red culture inspired Huang Benkai, a sculptor at the Guangzhou Sculpture Institute, to create red-themed sculptures.
