The Air Force was a technical job, not a steel that could be pieced together at will, so Hitler found Mirsch, who was already a German civil aviation giant at that time, and promised that as long as Mirch could re-arm the Luftwaffe into the world's most advanced air force in the time hitler demanded.
The german aviation industry after that was determined to be dominated by "Lufthansa", out of a sense of interest, Milch, at Hitler's request, settled in the top secret organization in Germany at that time, the Reich Aviation Department, responsible for the production of fighter jets.
Due to Mirch's development of civil aviation, he accumulated a large number of experience in the integration of aircraft production, and soon the Luftwaffe embarked on the "assembly line" in aircraft manufacturing, and a "warlike" Luftwaffe was formed around 1936 and emerged in Hitler's weapons testing ground "Spanish Civil War".
Milch thus became one of the greatest contributors within the Nazis, and it was because of this "credit" that Milch won the "gold medal for avoiding death" when the Nazis persecuted the Jews.

On May 10, 1940, Germany blitzed France, in the first charge, the "German eagle" in the sky blew up the British and French defense lines almost to the state, for the smooth passage of the ground armored forces made a great contribution, so when the battle was over, Hitler deliberately gave Milch the rank of marshal.
