Open-air movies are the buds that never fade in my memory, one image after another, one scene after another, like a shell in the sand and a firefly under the moon, swirling and fluttering in the long river of years, becoming an eternal memory of my childhood.
In the 80s and 90s, the barren entertainment resources, open-air movies became the absolute protagonists of rural entertainment, making people almost crazy obsessed. No matter how far away it is, no matter how busy the farm is, even if the film is played several times, it can still be sought after by the public. In the counties, towns and villages around Xi'an, most of the films are screened for two reasons: someone has died or the foundation of a new house has been laid, and in most cases, the former is the main one. At that time, in addition to the extravagant Qin cavity and puppet show, the film also played a role that went with the trend. According to my mother's recollection, my grandfather died in the winter of 1980, when there was neither a movie nor a Qin self-music class, and my uncle's reason was whether the family's rations could be received after the funeral.
The eighties were still the era when red movies sang triumphant songs. Thinking back to familiar films such as "Little Soldier Zhang Ga", "Honghu Red Guards", "Tunnel Warfare", "Four Crossings of Red Water", "Dadu River", "Wind and Rain Under The Bell Mountain", "Plain Guerrilla", "Reconnaissance of Crossing the River", "Surprise Attack on the White Tiger Regiment" and other familiar films, such as mellow old wine, I can't stop.
In addition to the overwhelming red films, there is one film that is more special and vividly remembered: "The Mystery of the Treasury of the Heavenly Dynasty". I watched this film because of the death of an elder in the door. I remember that the projectionist rendered the film very scary, not only grafted the bridge sections of other films into the film, but also used "someone in so-and-so village was scared to death" as a gimmick to create a horror atmosphere, in order to achieve the more scared the more you want to see, the more you want to see the more firestorm the screening effect, the actual response did not disappoint the projectionist: there are more than a dozen screening records around us alone, which is absolutely hot and abnormal. This film, together with the contemporaneous "Murderous House Beauty Head" and "Ghost Sister", left an indelible inner shadow on me and became a "nightmare" that haunted my childhood.
The birth of "Shaolin Temple" gave countless people in the rebellious period of youth the dream of becoming a martial arts master, and the martial arts boom set off almost covered the 80s and 90s, especially in the hearts of the post-60s, post-70s and post-80s people. Another film that is very impressive is "The Great Wall Armageddon", although the theme, content and actors of the film are good, but unfortunately the impact is not large, compared to the former is much inferior.
In order to learn the martial arts moves of "Shaolin Temple", I often hid in the idle cowshed in the backyard to practice, ambitiously fantasizing about one day becoming a martial arts master and fighting the world with swords. As a result of hard practice, in addition to being covered in stinky sweat, the fight was still ridden under the body as always. I thought that if I didn't grow martial arts, I didn't go to the Shaolin Temple to learn art, and the idea of fantasy was exchanged for my father's angry eyes and my mother's sigh, soft and hard, and strangled my "dream" in the cradle.
The watermelon stealing incident is the last memory related to this. Although it is not yet the season when the melons and fruits are ripe, we who can't wait to resist the temptation of the sweet melons and fruits in our imagination cannot resist the temptation of the sweet melons in the imagination, and we will not say anything about the white melons of Yang Ye of the five insurance households, and carry the surrounding Bao Gutian to the "disaster". Thinking of facing the harsh corporal punishment of our parents, we made a bold choice: to go to the Shaolin Temple to learn martial arts. With surging blood, while talking and practicing the various martial arts moves in the "Shaolin Temple", we were not disturbed by the dark sky at all, and wandered on the flood control canal in the north of the village with great interest, until we heard our parents shouting, and then we did the fox scattering, and the bold words just now were thrown outside the Nine Nights Cloud.
The classic of "Red Sorghum" does not need me to add to the icing on the cake, and its achievements are beyond the reach of many films. I don't know what the theme is, it has no aura in my eyes, and the enjoyment of watching, the pleasure of watching, and the hilarity of watching are the purposes I pursue. Although I can't remember when the film was screened, it is certain that the family of the dead man was the first in the village to invite an orchestra as a funeral team. When I excitedly told my parents that "the movie is beautiful", the consequence was to let my parents lock in the house. As I emerged from under the threshold and made my way to the screening site, the wide screen shot of a woman with her neck on her back pinned me in place. Later, someone made up a slip of the tongue: the girl was seventeen years old, riding a donkey out to visit relatives, passing by a sorghum field, met a soldier drop, the soldier was unreasonable, took off his pants XXX,......。 Those years that I didn't know how to place, like a hand clasping my arms and wrists, let a part of my life remain in that restless and confused years forever.
At the end of the 1990s, with the widespread popularity of television, open-air movies gradually declined, and the advent of cd-ROMs officially announced the end of the open-air film era. After entering the twenty-first century, the living standards in the countryside have been greatly improved, people's requirements for entertainment culture have been continuously improved, I don't know when to start, in addition to the Qin cavity of traditional cultural entertainment in rural areas, modern songs and dances have become the protagonists of entertainment, and the historical role played by open-air movies has quietly come to an end. Nowadays, in addition to watching movies on the Internet and television, theaters have become the only places that can continue the feeling of open-air movies. Whether it is a thing or a thing, their existence and demise must have a law, and we, as immersive witnesses, can only be open-minded to adapt to the changes of the times.
