According to Juventus reporter Romeo Agresti, Juventus vice-president Nedved has contracted the new crown.
Agreti said Nedved tested positive for COVID-19, but he had no contact with members of the team.
In the early hours of this morning, Juventus drew 1-1 with Napoli in Serie A, and Juve have not officially disclosed the health problems related to Nedved and the team.
