Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

He is a native of Qinghe Township, Dazhu County, Sichuan Province, nicknamed "Fan Ha'er", which means "silly" in the Sichuan dialect. His name was Fan Shaozeng, and he had a rough life, pulling his gun and running through the rivers and lakes, going through several ups and downs, and then turning to Liu Xiang and serving as the commander of the Fourth Division.

This time, it was also arranged to "encircle and suppress" the Red Army, and Fan Shaozeng worked very hard. Wang Lingji gave Fan Shaozeng the task of crossing the Tongjiang River and occupying the Red Army positions on the north bank of the Tongjiang River.

Not far from the south bank of the Tongjiang River, there is a spacious courtyard, which is the mansion of a landlord surnamed Liu. The surrounding walls are high, the trees are dense, the archway at the entrance of the courtyard is arched, the cornices inside the gate are illuminated, and there is a rockery garden in the courtyard. The landlord is very good at choosing a place, there is a big mountain behind the house like a chair, the house is less than ten miles from the river, not far in front of the house there is a hill hundreds of meters high, there is a land temple on the mountain, and there is a pavilion on the top of the mountain. Climb the hill to observe the front directly, and return to the house to swim around.

Fan Shaozeng was not tall, with a solid, round face and two round eyes. A lion's head nose on the thick lips, a round eye squinted into a slit when laughing, a pair of Maitreya Buddha came off alive, the round eyes seemed to protrude, and the horizontal flesh of the face was raised, which immediately reminded people of the door god on the painting. Fan Shaozeng took a look at this place:

"Ge Laozi, this turtle son will enjoy it, tell him that Lao Tzu is going to fight here, hey, hey

As soon as he waved his hand, it became his front-line command. The staff officers hurriedly removed the landscape paintings in the landlord's living room and hung up a large battle map; Ma Ben lifted the landlord's ebony Taishi chair to the map, Fan Shaozeng lay on his back on the Taishi chair, and the chief of staff reported to him Wang Lingji's offensive deployment and the deployment of the Red Army on the other side of the river. He waved his hand impatiently:

"Lao Tzu came this time to let Liu Xiang know that Lao Tzu's team was played, not blown out, and that Wang Lingguan's turtle son liked to shout, and Lao Tzu gave him the truth." Tell the brethren that if you fight across the river, Lao Tzu will be rewarded, and if anyone does not sell his strength to put a needle in Lao Tzu's eyes, he will not blame Lao Tzu for not being polite. ”

In the early morning of the 16th, on the south bank of the Tongjiang River south of Xuanhan. The Fourth Fan Shaozeng Division of the Enemy's Twenty-first Army concentrated five regiments and, under the cover of aircraft artillery, began a continuous forced crossing.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

The defenders on the north bank of the Tongjiang River were the Red Eighty-eighth Division. Wang Lieshan, commander and political commissar of the Eighty-eighth Division, and Liu Jiawa, a native of Qiliping, Huang'an, Hubei Province, had already served as the commander of the Red Twenty-Eighth Regiment during the Battle of Sujiabu in Eyu-Anhui. In this battle, the two brigade commanders of the enemy surrendered their guns, and the Twenty-eighth Regiment also played a mighty battle. In addition to having the same brave and tenacious style as most Red Army commanders, Wang Lieshan also had the characteristics of meticulous observation and meticulous handling of affairs. When smashing Tian Songyao's "three-way siege," wang lieshan once sent a correspondent out to deliver a letter, and after the correspondent just turned around and ran out, Wang Lieshan suddenly chased the correspondent back. Others thought that there was something wrong with the content of the letter, and who knew that Wang Lieshan would keep his eyes fixed on the correspondent's feet. In the winter of Sichuan, the weather was cold, and this correspondent was barefoot, and the heels of his feet were cracked and bloody mouths were like a child's mouth. Wang Lieshan didn't say a word, and took off the shoes on his feet and gave them to him: "Put them on." ”

The little correspondent was stunned at once. He had only recently come from the enemy army to join the Red Army, and the ranks of officers and men in the enemy army were obviously different, and it was common to bully soldiers and drink "soldiers' blood." Since joining the Red Army, the equality of officers and men has refreshed him, and now that the division commander has taken off his shoes to give himself a small soldier to wear, he is still frightened. Moreover, it was common for officers and men of the Red Army to wear barefoot and straw shoes. He was at a loss for words and pushed back. Wang Lieshan patted him on the back like a mother:

"Come, come, put on, put on. I'm sitting in the command, and you're going to run outside, and if you can't get the order out of hand because of a foot injury, you're going to miss a big deal. ”

The little correspondent asked Wang Lieshan to put on his shoes in a daze, and did not move for half a day. Still Wang Lieshan said to him, "Go quickly, on a mission." The little soldier woke up, gave Wang Lieshan a military salute, turned and ran out of the headquarters, wiping out tears as he ran.

In order to resist the enemy's attack on Daxian County, Shao Liekun, commander of the 263rd Regiment, sent a battalion to defend the position of Dafengshan In the south of Daxian County, and the river bank position was defended by two battalions led by Chen Xilian, political commissar of the 263rd Regiment. Wang Lieshan was not at ease, and made a special trip to the position of the 263rd Regiment and directly commanded the blockade with Chen Xilian.

In the early morning of the 16th, the surface of the Tongjiang River was pitch black. The tongjiang river is not wide, and the section of the river defended by the second and third battalions of the Eighty-eighth Division is not wide, and the distance of more than one hundred meters, although it is too dark to see the opposite side, but the movements on the opposite side can be clearly heard.

As early as the 15th, Chen Xilian was ordered to lead his troops to the river to serve as an obstacle, and the troops rushed to the river to repair the fortifications immediately. The troops had a busy day and did not rest in the evening.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

Fan Shaozeng adopted the method of concentrating on breaking through a point and then gradually expanding the results of the battle, and continued to attack with five regiments in front of the position of the 263rd Regiment.

The Red Army fortified along the north bank of the Dongning River west of Xuanhan, and the fortifications had not yet been completed, and the enemy had rushed to the river. Before dawn, the frontier began. Chen Xilian stood on the bank of the river to observe the enemy situation on the other side, only to see that there were black shadows on the river surface, and the noise of people was noisy, and it turned out that the enemy was taking wooden boats and bamboo rafts to carry out forced crossings. The Red Army concentrated its firepower to block the attack, inflicted great damage on the enemy, and finally fought back the enemy who had crossed the river.

In the early morning, the mist on the river surface began to clear, and the enemy artillery began to bombard our positions along the river. Chen Xilian found that the section of the position where the enemy's artillery fire was the most fierce was the weakest area of our fortifications. I couldn't be relieved, so I hurried to the fire. At this time, the enemy's shells were roaring, the miasma was hitting the riverbank, and listening to the sound, it was estimated that at least fifteen mortars on the opposite bank were firing at our position.

When Chen Xilian arrived, he saw a man standing on the bank of the smoking river in the distance, and Chen Xilian immediately recognized that it was Wang Lieshan's division commander, and he just stared at the enemy situation on the other side. Suddenly a shell fell close to him, and the exploded mud splashed him, and he brushed it a few times and said casually:

"Judging by the situation, the enemy is 'not good to come' this time!"

On the north bank of the Tongjiang River, there is a Flat River, and the terrain is very unfavorable for defense. Under the enemy's dense artillery fire, the temporary fortifications of the troops were quickly destroyed, and the strength of the two battalions was too weak to block the fire, and there was no depth of defense, and the enemy's artillery fire caused great damage to the troops. Despite the best efforts of the fighters to resist, the enemy successfully crossed that afternoon.

The right column began to cross the river on December 15, taking advantage of the thick fog to smuggle in the early morning, and when it was detected by the Red Army at dawn, the unit was suppressed by blazing aircraft and artillery fire, and the troops of the unit were absolutely superior at that time.

By dawn, the Rao regiment of the Liao brigade had crossed two battalions, the Red Army used the Stronghold of Luodingzhai to make heroic resistance, the Rao Regiment also repeatedly charged, and also sent planes to fly to assist in the battle, and at three o'clock in the afternoon, our army withdrew from Luodingzhai.

The Liao Brigade also crossed the river and came to the Jiaxi Bridge Market and its surroundings, and the Liao Brigade also led its reserve team "Liao Tuan" deep into the Revival Field and the Double Dragon Field. The Fan brigade crossed the river from the front to occupy Wenjialiang, and after rendezvousing with the Liao brigade, captured the county seat.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

The enemy troops who had crossed the river occupied the positions on the beachhead of the riverbank, and Chen Xilian organized a counter-charge to drive the unstable enemy down the river. The soldiers shouted and rushed into the enemy position, fighting the enemy to the death, and while they were glued, the enemy's second and third waves of troops crossed the river one after another, and the enemy who crossed the river immediately threw themselves into battle, and the 263rd Regiment was forced to retreat step by step. By noon, Fan Shaozeng had already crossed the river with four regiments, and he would suffer a big loss if he fought hard. Wang Lieshan immediately made a decision and withdrew his troops to Shigu Village.

Shiguzhai ravines and strange rocks are lined up. Because of the frequent banditry, the local people used stone blocks to build cottages on some dangerous hills as hiding places. Because the stone on the mountain is shaped like a stone drum, it is called Stone Drum Village. The terrain of ShiguZhai is dangerous, and it guards the road into the mountain, and the surrounding area is about 20 meters above the ground, and the terrain wall is steep, easy to defend and difficult to attack.

After the Red Army retreated to Shigu Village, Fan Shaozeng's troops followed him. The enemy, with the strength of five regiments, far exceeded the number of the two or sixty-three regiments, and the dangerous terrain was favorable to the two or sixty-three regiments, and the enemy could not easily climb up the steep wall twenty meters in front of the line. The enemy did not attack at first, and instead used intensive artillery fire to bombard the cottage.

The 263rd Regiment fought while marching this time, and this defensive battle did not prepare enough bullets, and after holding out for a day, the casualties were too great, and the bullets were almost exhausted.

Wang Lieshan and Chen Xilian organized all the non-combatants. The troops had no bullets, but the stone pipes were enough, and everyone carried the stones together to guard the village. When the enemy attacks the front of the cottage, even if he does not shoot, he can smash and injure the enemy with stones.

The Sichuan army also quickly found that the Red Army had no bullets, no longer afraid of the Red Army's guns, and set up a long ladder, and the death squad lifted the ladder under the cover of machine guns and artillery fire, rushed to the front of the village, and tried to climb up from the ladder.

Most of the Red Fourth Fronts were developed by peasant rebels and guerrillas, and at the beginning of the uprising, due to the lack of weapons, the troops could only be equipped with large knives and spears. Later, the equipment of the troops was improved, and the large knives and spears were still retained. Therefore, everyone in the two or six three regiments also has a spear, and this spear also has a barb, which is somewhat similar to the ancient "hook gun".

The enemy soldiers rushed to the front of the village and climbed up the ladder one by one, the warriors hid behind the stones and did not shoot, and when the enemy in the front appeared from the city wall, they directly stabbed them with spears, and then hooked the enemy soldiers, and took the belt with them, whether dead or alive, the hook belt came up and then said, and the bullets and grenades on the enemy were searched down. In case of encountering a tall enemy soldier who was hooked, or had not yet died and was desperately struggling, a few Red Army soldiers moved together, pulling and dragging up, thinking about that scene, making people laugh.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

This way of playing by the Red Army made the enemy troops who attacked the city feel very terrible, and you can imagine it:

Four or five enemy soldiers climbed up along a ladder, one after the other, and when the soldiers who climbed on the top were stabbed, they made a cry of pain and terror when they were dragged up, and the soldiers who followed them were not frightened, and when they saw the soldiers in front of them being dragged up, the people who followed them jumped down in fright, fell from a height of more than twenty meters, fell on the stone, almost injured their arms and legs, and were too frightened to crawl with their hands and feet. The Red Army soldiers smashed down with prepared stones, and each time they smashed the enemy army, they would be killed or wounded. Red Army commanders Wang Lieshan and Chen Xilian also threw themselves into battle, one holding a spear and stabbing the enemy soldiers who attacked the city with the soldiers.

The enemy army saw that the situation was not good, knew that the Red Army lacked bullets, it was not easy to forcibly attack the city, and did not want to kill or injure too many people, so it was not in a hurry to launch a strong attack, simply took the troops not far from Shigu village to line up, divided the troops into two teams, and when the troops in front attacked, they arranged for the troops behind them to watch the battle, shouted and cheered, and wanted to consume the Red Army.

Unexpectedly, it played a counter-effect, and the troops behind them saw that the soldiers were stabbed and hooked when they attacked the city, and some fell from the ladder and fell to the stone, falling half to death, and the enemy troops watching collapsed in their hearts, and no one wanted to climb the ladder again. The enemy of five regiments had no choice but to take less than two battalions of the Red Army.

As a last resort, the enemy stopped besieging the city and switched to artillery bombardment. Because the cottage was full of stones, after a cannon came and exploded, the shrapnel and stones directly jumped up, which was easy to injure people and cause great losses to the troops.

The battle lasted from day to dusk, and the two sides remained deadlocked. When the sun was farther to the west, the enemy also stopped and began to smoke a lot of smoke, and the smoking enemy soldiers lay all over the hillside.

The regimental cookers took the opportunity to deliver meals to the Red Army soldiers, and the soldiers were eating together, when suddenly, the enemy fired a cold cannon to attack, and the shell just landed next to Wang Lieshan, and Wang Lieshan was killed on the spot. Chen Xilian also regretted this matter for the rest of his life.

Wang Lieshan became the highest-ranking commander of the Red Army who died in this battle. Wang Lieshan was brave and good at fighting in peacetime, and was deeply respected by all his subordinate soldiers. When it got dark, the troops completed their mission and were ordered to move. All the soldiers of the 263rd Regiment were unwilling to bury the commander of Wang Lieshan's division in the enemy-occupied area, carried Wang Lieshan's body, walked more than a hundred miles, and finally buried him at the foot of Daba Mountain.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

According to the strategic deployment, the red army's eastern front troops have reached the goal of stagnation and a large number of casualties of the enemy, and the headquarters ordered that on the 17th, the main force of the Red Army withdrew from Xuanhan City, and on the 18th, it withdrew from Daxian County. The eastern front troops retreated to the miaoba, jingxi field, dongsheng field, shuanghe field, and the beipai river to the north mountain field.

In late December, Fan Shaozeng and his four brigades launched another attack on the Red Army.

Fan Shaozeng's fighting was a bit like a brown candy, his troops did not directly fight the Red Army, but just followed closely behind the Red Army team, the Red Army moved forward, they followed the front, if the Red Army stopped, he would set up a temporary position one or two hundred meters away from the Red Army position, trying to fight the Red Army coldly and could not be defended.

Early the next morning, Fan Shaozeng attacked in two ways with the strength of four regiments. A few thousand men rushed forward like ants, because the enemy's position was only two hundred meters away from our army, so it rushed to the front in a few minutes.

Unfortunately, Fan Shaozeng provoked the Red 268 Regiment. The soldiers took advantage of the favorable terrain to build strong fortifications, not only crisscrossing communication trenches, but also added rows of "roof covers" made of thick and thick trees, some of which were two or three layers thick, not only to resist grenades, but also to resist enemy mortar shells, which the Red Army called "wooden cities". Outside the fortifications, there were also densely packed with the trunks of the branches, like antlers, the branches of the branches were facing the enemy's side, layer after layer, more than ten meters wide, when the enemy rushed to these fortifications, it was neither easy to climb nor have a place to hide, and immediately fell into a dilemma, the Red Army in the fortifications was able to shoot one by one, and in a short time, the front of the fortifications was immediately paved with dead bodies. The enemy troops in the rear saw the situation and refused to rush forward again. Chen Changhao wrote in a report written after the battle as an example:

"Two battalions of the enemy surrounded the fortifications of a platoon of our 268th Regiment, but they were beaten away by our two squads. A platoon of thirty-six regiments fought six or seven enemy regiments in the fortifications for a day. ”

Fan Shaozeng led the troops to fight for half a day, and the casualties were everywhere. But there was no way to break through the Position of the Red Army, and he was very annoyed. The bandit Fan Ha came up with a strange trick and engaged in a so-called "divine soldier". They were all disciples organized by the leaders of the local reactionary guild, who were strangely dressed, dressed in red cloth, with yellow table paper tied to their heads, and drank a bowl of cinnabar wine before leaving, carrying a large knife in their hands, painted oil paint on their faces, and wearing a shawl, while chanting incantations, the "divine soldiers" were in front, the death squad followed behind, and the rest of the troops followed close behind, and the overseers were in front of the position and were not allowed to retreat.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

When the gang first appeared, some of the Red Army soldiers were also frightened and looked quite nervous.

The veteran soldiers of the Red Army, on the other hand, steadily raised their guns and aimed at the shot of "Dang", and the "divine soldier" who shouted the fiercest call fell down in response, one by two, three or four, and after these "divine soldiers" received the box lunch one by one, the other Red Army soldiers were not afraid, and the "divine soldiers" were also scattered as birds and beasts, and they turned their heads and ran away in fright, and the enemy's attack this time was disintegrated again.

Most of Fan Shaozeng's men are habitual bandits who are good at drilling ravines. So Fan Shaozeng divided these habitual bandits into multiple units, and his deputy division commander Luo Juntong led them into the mountain forest far from the right side of the Beishan field position, and threatened the rear defense of the Red Army from the deep flank, not to mention that this move also worked, and the Red Army soldiers at the front had no way to withdraw from the North Mountain Field and retreat to the Shilong Field area.

In this way, Fan Shaozeng occupied the area around Beishanchang, at the cost of more than a thousand casualties. The next day, Fan Shaozeng's Meng Haoran Brigade continued to attack Wangjialing and Jinhua Temple, believing that the main Red Army in Beishanchang had been repulsed, and it should be very easy for Wangjialing and Jinhua Temple to cut off the Red Army's rear road. Send one regiment to attack the east of Jinhua Temple from the right wing and take the commanding heights of Ma'anshan; the other regiment attack the southwest side of Jinhua Temple from the left wing;

Guarding Jinhua Temple was a regiment of the Twenty-fifth Division of the Red Ninth Army, led by Chen Haisong, the division's political commissar.

Chen Haisong, a native of Dawu, Hubei Province, in 1933, when opposing the "three-way siege," was ordered to lead two companies to hold and kill Niuping, resist the repeated attacks of two divisions and five regiments of Tian Songyao's department, and fought fiercely for three days and three nights, annihilating more than 1,500 enemy personnel, and not losing a single inch of position, which also became one of the famous examples in the combat history of the Red Fourth Front army in which less victories were more.

In June 1933, at the age of twenty, Chen Haisong was promoted to political commissar of the 25th Division.

In one battle, he led his troops to hold their positions, fiercely fighting for seven days and seven nights, and finally the troops were ordered to retreat. When he left the position, Chen Haisong looked back and found that there were still more than twenty wounded soldiers of our army lying on the bridgehead not far from the enemy's position. The troops were immediately ordered to organize commandos to return to rescue the wounded. At this time the enemy had moved towards the positions that we had abandoned, and when he found that our army had returned, he immediately concentrated his fire. Chen Haisong organized more than a dozen machine guns to shoot fiercely, and under the cover of machine gun fire, the commando team snatched all the wounded back.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

The vantage point of Ma'anshan is Jinhua Temple, which is very steep around it. The Red Army built strong fortifications on the cliffs. The enemy attacked upward along the hillside, and the battle was fought until noon, barely climbing to the mountainside of Jinhua Temple, but the front was still relatively steep, and the enemy could neither advance nor retreat. The Red Army, on the other hand, looked up at the mountain and looked down on the shooting. Under the intensive fire of the Red Army, the enemy suffered heavy casualties, casualties everywhere, and the remaining enemy troops who were still alive were exhausted and hiding under the cliffs, and they were in a dilemma.

Meng Haoran saw this scene and forcibly urged the troops to continue to climb upwards and attack. Chen Haisong immediately ordered a counter-assault, and the red army rushed down like a fierce tiger, and the enemy army was suddenly in a hurry and confused. The Red Army, which had been ambushed around Jinhua Temple, also rushed out at the same time. Thousands of Red Army soldiers brandished large knives in their hands and carried shining bayonets, rushing into the enemy ranks like tigers and sheep, and hundreds of enemy troops collapsed in an instant, jumping off cliffs and trees, rolling down hills, and kneeling to surrender their guns.

The army was defeated like a mountain, and the enemy brigade commander Meng Haoran was also involved in the wave of defeated soldiers to escape, and the Red Army rushed to kill for miles all the way to Wangjialing. The enemy reinforcements rose up and occupied the key areas, so that Meng Haoran could escape. In this battle, more than 2,600 people of Meng Haoran's brigade were annihilated, and Meng Haoran's brigade was basically crippled.

The Red Army turned to attack the positions of Gao Guanzi and Liao Yuchen's brigades. Give full play to the characteristics of night battles and launch a fierce attack on the defending enemy at midnight. One part of the Red Army broke through the enemy position from the front, and the other part encircled from the right rear. The Red Army soldiers, wrapped in towels around their arms, burst into enemy positions and engaged in hand-to-hand combat.

Hand-to-hand combat is the most evident in the quality and spirit of the soldiers. In each hand-to-hand combat, the Red Army, from commander to soldier, competed one by one for the lead, and xu Shiyou, Wang Jian'an, Xiong Houfa, and many other division- and regiment-level commanders, armed with large blades, fought with the enemy in the lead, especially Xu Shiyou, Wang Jinshan, Xiong Houfa, and others. Every time they attacked, they always rushed to the front, the commander took the lead, and the soldiers fought bravely to be the first, and they were not soft when fighting with the enemy.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

Most of the soldiers of the Sichuan Army were caught and strong, and they had not practiced fighting bayonets at all in ordinary days, and they were still sloppy in firing before the battle, engaging in hand-to-hand combat, which was a scene of white knives entering and red knives coming out, which directly frightened them and paralyzed them, and their legs and feet were weak. When some enemy soldiers were fighting, before the opponent's bayonet arrived, they themselves fell to the ground, trembling, unable to speak.

Some enemy soldiers saw that the Red Army soldiers' eyes were bloodshot, and they rushed over with a loud cry, and they turned around and ran away in fright. The soldiers of the Sichuan Army either surrendered their guns or fled, and there was a one-sided situation in hand-to-hand combat.

Fan Shaozeng saw that the situation was not good, and while ordering the enemy army not to retreat and strictly defend the main position, he urgently dispatched a regiment of reserves, pistol battalions, and submachine gun companies to come to reinforcements, only to block the fleeing troops. The two armies fought until dawn, the enemy reinforcements were increasing, and the Red Army's cover gradually receded.

In this battle, more than a thousand enemies were annihilated, and more than half of them were killed or wounded.

Fan Shaozeng saw that his troops had suffered such heavy losses, and had to let go of the "Hal" momentum and suspend the pace of the attack, and Fan Shaozeng and the Red Army entered a state of confrontation.

Although Fan Shaozeng once fought with the Red Army to the death, he could be regarded as a fierce general among the Sichuan warlords. After the all-out War of Resistance, Fan Shaozeng was appointed by Chiang Kai-shek as the commander of the Eighty-eighth Army to fight against the Japanese in Sichuan, and in front of the Japanese Kou, Fan Shaozeng played the integrity of a Chinese soldier.

In the winter of 1940, Fan Shaozeng led his troops to engage in a tug-of-war with the Japanese army in the Yichang area, and he personally went to the front line to supervise the battle and defeat the Japanese army. During the Spring Festival of that year, the people organized themselves to comfort Fan Shaozeng.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

On May 28, 1942, Fan Shaozeng and his troops engaged the Japanese army again, killing Lieutenant General Sakai. Sakai became the first serving division commander in the history of the Japanese Army to be killed. On May 29, Fan Shaozeng's troops wounded Kono, the commander of the Japanese Major General Brigade.

However, he was not a concubine in the nationalist army, and although he fought a victorious battle, he was soon ostracized, chiang kai-shek deprived him of his military power by means of bright ascension and secret surrender, and Fan Shao was so angry that he ran back to his hometown in Sichuan to disarm and return to the fields, during which he had frequent contact with some progressive people, and he understood and sympathized with the revolutionary cause of the Chinese people.

In 1949, Chiang Kai-shek reappointed Fan Shaozeng as commander-in-chief of the Eastern Sichuan Advance Army. Fan Shaozeng, who understood the great righteousness, conformed to the trend of history and led more than 20,000 people to revolt in Sanhui Town.

After the founding of New China, Fan Shaozeng not only held important positions in the Central and Southern Parts of the People's Liberation Army, but later held various important positions in Henan Province. He lived until March 5, 1977, when he died of illness in Zhengzhou at the age of 83.

As for what kind of person Fan Shaozeng is, it is actually difficult to see, he was born in a wealthy family, with the bad habits of a feudal family in his bones, when he was young, he was debauched, and he did not understand what loyalty to feelings was and the wives and concubines were flocked, until later, as the experience deepened, the influence of the people around us in our party gradually understood that there could only be two people in the husband and wife. In the end, he chose Ye Shaofang to accompany his life.

Beaten by the Red Army, but repeatedly made meritorious achievements in the War of Resistance Against Japan, why was it pushed into the arms of the people by the old Chiang Kai-shek?

Fan Shaozeng on the battlefield can also be regarded as a warrior, he is not a resourceful commander, nor is he a sharpshooter, and he looks a little "haha". However, whether it was himself or his soldiers, he was fearless in life and death, and the only purpose on the battlefield was to forge ahead. Although he also fought with the Red Army in the early stage, and later on the anti-Japanese battlefield, he was also unequivocal and made military achievements, you must know that his Eighty-eighth Army was all people and horses recruited at his own expense, lao Jiang only gave him a false post, and the forces at that time did not look favorably on him at all, however, on the anti-Japanese battlefield, the momentum of Chinese soldiers was played. Old Jiang Yanhong's team was red, and Fan Shaozeng was separated from his team. In the end, Fan Shaozeng abandoned the dark and cast the light and rowed to the other side of the light.
