Well, the army outlook, easy to explain everyone also likes to see nothing more than the tactical corps (division / brigade) establishment reform and equipment change; if you want to talk about the army outlook for 2022, it is necessary to combine the trend of the previous two years, we can talk about this year's events. In the past two years, of course, the most important thing for the Army is the completion of a new round of tactical corps reform, the 112th Aircraft Infantry Division, which originally belonged directly to the Central Theater, was split, two regiments using tracked equipment formed a new heavy composite brigade assigned to the 82nd Group Army, and a regiment using 8-wheel equipment was strengthened to a medium-sized composite brigade of the 81st Group Army; and in the same period, all 4 divisions of the Xinjiang Military Region also completed the synthetic reform, from a motorized infantry division or a machine infantry division to a composite division. It became the only 4 remaining high-level tactical corps in our field troops.
At this point, the synthesis and establishment reform of our army's tactical corps that began in 2017 has been basically completed, forming a group of 29 heavy synthetic brigades as the core pillar, 22 medium-sized synthetic brigades as the rapid reaction force, and 6 professional amphibious synthetic brigades and 4 synthetic divisions and other light synthetic brigades composed of the world's first continental army.
In 2022, of course, this system will continue to exist stably, and while stabilizing, we can also observe whether there will be new changes in the organization of the two remaining non-synthetic units of the whole army and the two guard divisions in the garrison area. However, all in all, for a long time to come, there will no longer be any major changes in the organization of our army worth looking forward to, and the visible bright spots in the progress of combat effectiveness will be mostly reflected in the replacement of equipment.
If you look forward to the replacement of army equipment in 2022, then in the heavy equipment is a simple two sentences: has the use of old and backward tanks and infantry combat can be eliminated? As well as the heavy composite brigade, the full 99A and 04A, as well as a full set of new artillery, new air defense and other units of the local brigade can produce a few more.
As of the end of 2021, there are still half a brigade of 59-2 in the heavy composite brigade of our army in the state of regular formation, and there are 5 medium-sized brigades that have not yet delivered new cars because of the production capacity of the large eight-wheeler family, and the use of the 59D type for top loading is about 300, and according to the current rearmament speed of our army, it is really not two years left.
Take the past 2021 as an example, a synthetic division of the Xinjiang Military Region ushered in a change of armor with the change of the situation, the remaining whiteboard 59 tanks of the Xinjiang Military Region were replaced by 11 rounds of surprise, and the real big problem in the army's rearmament work, the heavy composite brigade of the 79 Group Army, known as the first-class main force, also received half a brigade of whiteboard 96 from the hands of the brother troops, although it is not an advanced equipment, but the good villains began to become familiar with the composite armor and fire control system of the square turret from the round turret steel armor Tessa mirror. So we can be sure that our army's heavy composite brigade will send away the last batch of Type 59 tanks this year, the remaining 59Ds of the medium composite brigade, this year can not be replaced that is the next year's thing, if you look back at the eve of the military reform in 2016, when our army still has more than 3,000 Type 59 tanks, accounting for nearly half of the total number of tanks in the army, after 6 years, it is actually ready to send off the last five pairs of wheels, even if the army is not a big brother for a long time, but the speed of this change is still amazing.
As for the number of so-called local tycoon brigades that more people talk about, we all know that our army had five major local tycoon brigades before, namely, the Dawn Xiongguan in the Western Theater, the Changbai Jin Brigade in the Northern Theater, the Flying Tiger Brigade in the Central Theater, the First Division and the Pingjiang Uprising Regiment. These five brigades concentrated all the 4.5 brigades of the whole army's 99A tanks, equipped with 04A infantry combat, double 35 anti-aircraft guns, 07-type 122 self-propelled howitzers and other support equipment, which is the absolute elite of our army; and in 2021, our army's professional blue brigade, the steppe wolf of the 81st Army group of the Central Theater, also began to mention the 99A tank, plus the 04A infantry fighting vehicle, 122 howitzer and double 35 high equipped with the 96A in 16 years, plus the Red Flag-17 brigade anti-aircraft missile system that began to be listed in 19, Zhu Ri and the Blue Army will soon become the 6th local heavy brigade of our army.
At the end of 2022, the Blue Army Brigade will obviously be able to complete all the rearmament and combat effectiveness of the 99A tanks, and the number of local tycoon brigades of our army will also become 6, and as for whether there will be a 7th local tycoon brigade, although our army still has three or four quasi-local tycoons represented by the Hammer Regiment in the northern theater, it is still a little difficult to consider the current annual output of 99A, and these three or four elite quasi-local tycoons want to upgrade to real local tycoons, and it will probably take a while; of course, Optimistically, it is estimated that all 6 local tycoon brigades that have been determined so far can be fully equipped in 22 years, and the 7th will naturally be put on the agenda, and the speed of the change of equipment in these years is still very guaranteed.
At the same time, another main battle tank of our army considering the operation in the southern region, the 96B, has basically completed the finalization process, and is about to start mass production, and the heavily armored brigades in the southern theater and the eastern theater are also about to usher in a new advanced main battle tank.
