The two pennants have a common protagonist - Zhu Mafei, a cadre of the battalion.

The other pennant originated from Zhu Ma Feiyong's righteous act of saving the injured in a car accident. On that day, he was leading the officers and men to carry out military training when a loud noise suddenly came from not far from the training ground. "Oh no, something happened!" Zhu Mafei quickly organized officers and soldiers to rush to the scene of the accident and found that it was a serious car accident. He immediately commanded his soldiers to rescue the two wounded and successfully saved the lives of the two wounded.
