The meeting called for greater efforts to further improve the "four ways" to facilitate the purchase of drugs by the masses:

The major drug retail chain headquarters should announce the 24-hour hotline service telephone to the public in multiple ways, the 31 drug retail chain headquarters that have been announced should increase the number of open telephones, and the market supervision bureaus of various districts and counties in Xi'an City quickly announced to the public the list of all the drug chain stores and retail pharmacies opened in the jurisdiction, the detailed address, the store manager, the contact number, etc., and do their best to make it easiest for drug buyers to find the telephone and make it possible to call.
The second is to place orders independently and buy drugs through online APP. The headquarters of major drug retail chains should widely publicize their respective drug purchase WeChat mini programs, enterprise WeChat QR codes, and APP to make it more convenient to purchase prescription drugs, remote treatment, and review parties.
The third is to buy drugs through WeChat "convenience group" and "property group". Each pharmaceutical retail pharmacy should arrange special personnel to join the WeChat "convenience group" and "property group" established by the residential community in the area, take the initiative to reveal their identity, collect drug purchase needs, place orders online, and deliver drugs to their doors offline.
The fourth is on-site drug purchase. Take the initiative to contact the nearby community property, by the property staff, sinking personnel, volunteers, etc., take the initiative for the residents of the community, especially the widows and the elderly, long-term chronic diseases, to purchase the required drugs, retail pharmacy hotline docking, provide offline guidance, and form a joint force to help.
The meeting demanded that the drug regulatory departments at all levels in the province, the headquarters and stores of major drug retail chains, and the drug retail pharmacies should improve their political positions and make every effort to serve and ensure the purchase of drugs by the masses during the epidemic prevention and control period. The headquarters of major drug retail chains should supervise their subordinate drug chain stores to open their doors and facilitate the purchase of drugs by the masses. After the opening of each drug chain store and retail pharmacy, it should be reported to the local market supervision department in a timely manner, and the local market supervision department shall announce it to the public through their respective portals, Microblogs, and WeChat public accounts, and the content of the announcement includes the name, address, name of the store manager, contact information, etc. of the drug retail pharmacy.
