On January 20, the 2021 Beijing Intelligent Building Forum was held in Beijing to explore how innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence can fully empower the intelligent transformation of buildings. Beijing Intelligent Building Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beizhijian) brought the core products "Building Brain" and FM intelligent operation and maintenance platform for the first time, and cooperated with Beijing Tongheng Energy and Environmental Science Research Institute to release the "Intelligent and Healthy Building White Paper".
Beizhijian's "building brain" has the characteristics of pan-connection, high-ankability and deep integration, with IoT access, data fusion, and algorithm empowerment as the three core capabilities, thinking about the building as a whole, giving full play to the massive access capability of the Internet of Things, and organically combining high-value building data with AI algorithms. In the view of Beizhijian, under the empowerment of the "architectural brain", every smart building in the future can evolve itself.
Zhu Jie, president of Beijing Intelligent Building Technology Co., Ltd., said: "Building is the basic unit of the city, rapid scientific and technological innovation, and constantly drive buildings to complete automation, intelligent upgrades, at present, 5G, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence as the representative of new technology in all walks of life in all walks of life full application, building users are more looking forward to personalization, experience, building operations more emphasis on refinement, intelligence." A new round of scientific and technological innovation will surely drive the development and application of the building brain and various innovative technologies in the field of intelligent buildings. ”
"Architecture should also have brains and think." This is Zhu Jie, who has more than 20 years of experience in smart buildings and smart city construction, the latest thinking on smart buildings.
Talking about the original intention of developing intelligent buildings, Zhu Jie said, "On the one hand, driven by national policies, China should accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development, widely form a green production and lifestyle, in the '14th Five-Year Plan' and even a long time in the future, emission reduction and carbon reduction, low-carbon development will be an important theme in China's development process; secondly, the rapid development of the digital economy has become a future trend, and our current Internet of Things and big data technology can more effectively obtain the real-time operation status of buildings. Thus on the basis of data, new artificial intelligence can be pushed up. ”
According to the national statistical caliber, in 2019, the added value of Beijing's digital economy exceeded 1.3 trillion yuan, accounting for 38% of GDP. From January to November 2020, Beijing's software and information service industry above designated size achieved operating income of 1,490.61 billion yuan, and the digital economy, which is mainly based on electronic information transmission services and digital technology services, continued to maintain rapid development.
From the perspective of industry development, although the concept of intelligent building has been proposed for many years, it has not been promoted smoothly in the actual application process, and there are still many pain points. Zhu Jie said: "First of all, how new technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet, and big data are used in the construction field lack corresponding norms; secondly, there are many intelligent systems in the existing buildings themselves, but they do not open up to each other, forming a chimney effect; the third building intelligence and urban intelligence are in a separate state; and finally, the construction and operation of intelligent buildings are disconnected." ”
In response to these industry pain points, Zhu Jie said that Beizhijian has built its own 1+8+1 intelligent application system, including modules such as environmental health, energy optimization, equipment monitoring, digital security, public services, etc. These intelligent application modules are designed and developed according to the needs of the daily operation of parks and buildings, which can be used as a whole or expanded according to the needs of various application scenarios, and strive to break the data islands and tap the value behind the data.
Beizhijian also released the FM intelligent operation and maintenance platform at the same time, its main modules include: intelligent building comprehensive situation awareness module, through BIM three-dimensional modeling, so that equipment and space are integrated, for building operators to build a comprehensive situational awareness, global control capabilities; AIoT intelligent inspection module, through the installation of Internet of Things sensing equipment, strengthen the real-time monitoring of important equipment, combined with the algorithmic computing power of the building brain, the implementation of efficient and real-time intelligent monitoring and inspection; intelligent scheduling module, to create online and offline, Headquarters and projects collaborate in a new model, and fully share O&M resources. "Mechanical and electrical experts at the headquarters, operation and maintenance brother on the road", breaking the traditional model of fixed teams sticking to single projects, so that more expert-level "teachers" serve more projects.
Huang Wei, vice president of Beijing Intelligent Building Technology Co., Ltd., believes that many developers want to do digital transformation, and everyone is paying attention to how to apply the latest technology to the current architectural design. In the face of a large number of emerging technology technologies and solutions, how to integrate them into the building really needs to be guided by a team that truly understands building operations.
