According to Oricon's latest chart of the "Album of the Week" (December 27, 2021 to January 2, 2022), released in June last year, "BTS, THE BEST" sold a total of 3,000 copies during the chart statistics period. So far, the cumulative sales of "BTS, THE BEST" have reached 1 million 2,000 copies, and the bulletproof youth group has become the 14th overseas artist in the history of Oricon's "Weekly Album Ranking" to achieve "million sales".
"The cumulative sales of albums by overseas male artists reached 1 million copies for the first time in 17 years and 9 months since the band Queen in 2004," Oricon said.
