According to the epitaph, Princess Yongtai's husband, Wu Yanji, was killed by Wu Zetian because of private discussions about the first Yizhi defendant, when Princess Yongtai was pregnant with Liujia, after hearing the bad news, suddenly had a difficult childbirth, and died of difficult childbirth only the next day.
After Princess Yongtai's death, her father Li Xian was very distressed, so he built a mausoleum of such a high standard for her. In this way, Wu Zetian did not kill Princess Yongtai, but she was the creator of this matter, indirectly taking princess Yongtai's life, but pity this flower girl who was only seventeen years old.
