According to Brazilian media Tera, Palmeiras director Barros confirmed that they are negotiating with former Dalian foreign aid Janisson.
Janison joined Dalian in September 2020 and signed until 2024, but in the 2021 season, he did not return to Dalian due to the impact of the epidemic. According to Brazilian media UOL, the 26-year-old has terminated his contract with Dalian because of salary arrears and become a free agent.
Janison has attracted the attention of several Brazilian teams, including São Paulo, but Palmeiras superintendent Barros confirmed at the club meeting that they are in talks with Giannisson and that the two sides may eventually reach an agreement.
