Shenyang, January 5 (China News Network) -- The "Liaoning Million Youth Ice and Snow Public Welfare Activity and Shenbei Flower and Sea Ice and Snow Carnival" activity kicked off on the evening of January 5 in Yuheng Garden, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
Former women's volleyball national team captain Olympic champion Hui Ruoqi, Chinese women's short track speed skating Olympic champion Li Jianrou, Chinese women's track and field race walking Olympic champion Wang Liping, airborne launching ceremony site, ignited the national outdoor ice and snow sports carnival boom.

As a major winter tourism province in China, Liaoning has obvious advantages in ice and snow industry resources. Holding this event aims to mobilize more Citizens of Liaoshen to go out of their homes in winter and participate in ice and snow sports, set off a boom in the participation of the whole people in ice and snow sports, make Liaoning's winter "hot", let Shenyang's ice and snow sports flourish, and let the ice and snow sports brand in Shenbei New Area penetrate the hearts of the people.

This activity is a national outdoor ice and snow sports carnival with Liaoning teenagers as the main body for the Winter Olympics, covering an area of nearly 40,000 square meters. The holographic dazzling light and shadow show is organically integrated with ice and snow sports, ice and snow entertainment, and ice and snow experience, and through 1 theme landscape axis + 5 ice and snow sports experiences, it reflects the epochality, artistry, participation and public welfare of ice and snow sports.

It is understood that the Shenbei Huahai Ice and Snow Carnival will last for 50 days, and there are different types of wonderful programs from 18:00 to 21:00 every night, including: 30,000 teenagers free ice and snow public welfare activities; youth snow football competitions; snow sculpture competitions; moving balance car competitions; and fantasy ice and snow light and shadow shows, electronic syllable festivals, frozen stage plays, polar animal performances and other fashionable, novel and interesting ice and snow theme experience projects.

Zhang Zhan, director of the Management Committee of the Sports Industry Public Welfare Special Fund of the China Economic Reform Research Foundation, donated 3 million tickets for youth ice and snow public welfare activities to the Education Bureau of Shenbei New District on behalf of the foundation to help popularize ice and snow sports in Liaoshen area. In order to make "300 million people participate in ice and snow sports" a reality, we must first start by giving children a platform for experience. This public welfare activity will benefit 30,000 young people in The Liaoshen area, so that ice and snow sports, a fascinating sport, can enter their world.
