Quiet afternoon in the western town, the sheriff is patrolling around the office, and danger has quietly approached... With the support of 10,000 fans, SHERIFF'S OFFICE ( WILD WEST) became the 34th entry into the third round of review of LEGO Ideas in 2021. When good meets evil, what happens between law enforcers and bandits?

Created the piece by fan designer Llucky from Poland, a big fan of Lego Pirates and Empire. Llucky signed up for an Idea account in May 2020 and submitted her first work in September (2,500 support votes have been raised so far). The Idea contest "Do You Want to Go to the Beach?" held in April 2021 In one fell swoop, he submitted four works.
In mid-October, he uploaded the "Sheriff's Office – Wild West" work and raised nearly half of the votes in five weeks. In early December, LEGO Ideas officially selected it as "Staff Pick". Finally, after 83 days, the model helped Llucky successfully enter the "10K" club.
The piece takes us back to the Wild West era, building the town's law enforcement office with 2690 pieces of pellets with a typical wooden look. The model also has 6 figures, including two innocent bandits, as well as the sheriff and deputy sheriff, and two cowboys.
On the first floor, we found the sheriff's office, with simple and practical furniture. The man on duty could observe the cell at his desk, a rifle and a noose hanging from the opposite wall. Also, there was a small stove that warmed the room. Follow the stairs to the second floor, which is the living area.
There was only one bed, a small wardrobe and mini kitchen. But the biggest feature is the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the western wilderness or check out the surrounding movements.
The area of this model is about 39x35 studs, and the dimensions of the front porch are 14x18 studs, which is larger than the Street View building, and the specific dimensions are 22 cm high, 29 cm long, and 43 cm wide.
The Sheriff's Office captures the characteristics of a small western town well, and the surrounding environment is also properly detailed, even reminiscent of the scene in the Red Dead Redemption game. So how will lego officials view it?
First looking back at the history of Idea, the western theme has appeared four times, first "Plum Creek" in the second round of review in 2016 and "Gold Mine Roller Coaster" in the second round of review in 2020, but both were officially rejected.
In addition, both sheriff's safe and Western Brick Studios made it to the second round of 2020 reviews, but did not pass the review, but were invited to participate in the BrickLink Designer Program, the former of which has already been mass-produced, and the latter will also reach players in early 2022.
In the LEGO official set, only the relevant themes were found in the 6755 Sheriff's Prison in 1996, and then there was no Westworld in the official set, for what reasons are unclear.
Today, with the development of the concept of the second dimension and the meta-universe, the western world seems to be less fascinating than before, and you will rarely even see the cowboy tough guy image that once prevailed. So it's understandable that Lego is no longer obsessed with this theme, not to mention that there is no IP blessing.
If possible, the BrickLink Designer Program would be a good choice for Sheriff's Office – Wild West.
So far, 34 works have entered the third round of review phase of 2021 on the LEGO Idea platform, and the other 33 works are Elves, SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft, three little detectives - HEADQUARTERS, The Adventures of Heroes of Gaul, McDonald's Franchise Store 1955-1969, Stargate, Magic Bookbox, United Pacific Railroad Big Boy Steam Locomotive, Scholars by the River, Pirate Tavern, LEGO Orchid, LEGO Ghibli Studio, Soyuz Launch Vehicle, Baba Yaga, Meeting Place, Downtown Record Store, Castle Outpost, Moomin House, Steampunk Explorer, Detective 99, LEGO Brick Cube, LEGO First Aid Kit, James Weber Space Telescope (JWST), Thunderbolt Five, Naruto: Ichiraku Ramen House – 20th Anniversary, Witch Madness, Dojo, Electric Clockwork Solar System Model, Incarnation: The Last Of The Qi - The Return of the Incarnation, Hyrule Castle 30th Anniversary, Big Coral Reef, Glass Container, Land Ahoy.
