When the regimental commanders received the order to seek Huaizhou, they immediately understood that this was a brilliant tactic against the enemy: cut the enemy's long snake array into three sections, block its forwards, hit the middle section, and cut off its rear road, making it impossible to balance the head and tail.
The tactical arrangement of Xun Huaizhou had an immediate effect, and the troops quickly entered the battle according to their intentions, so that thousands of enemy troops were cut into three sections and attacked separately, and the army was suddenly collapsed.
At 4:00 p.m., the tongtieling ambush was victorious, killing, wounding, and capturing nearly a thousand enemy people, killing one enemy regimental commander and three enemy battalion commanders, and capturing a large number of guns and ammunition.
After the war, the soldiers praised one after another: a poisonous snake suddenly drilled out of the battlefield, and the legion leader was resourceful to cut the snake, and then got inspiration from it, and used a clever trick to crack the enemy's long snake array, defeating them in one fell swoop, and only then achieved this great victory.
