He mentioned that the Cao Cao Gaoling Museum has innovated the concept of Chen Zhan, with many new innovations, coupled with detailed interpretations, supplemented by the latest technologies such as holographic projection and VR, many of which are the first technology and Chen Zhan concepts to be adopted in museums across the country.

Over the years, when investigating and visiting, he found that the cultural connotation of some cultural relics attractions was not excavated enough, and the correlation with the surrounding related attractions was poor, resulting in isolated, thin spots, lack of attraction and rare tourists.

In order to better display the Yellow River culture and promote the effective inheritance of traditional culture, Pan Weibin suggested that on the banks of the Yellow River along the Huangsan City in Zhengbeiluo, a number of traditional culture display areas that can be visited, experienced and interacted with tourists should be jointly built, and special experience areas for different cultures such as farming, etiquette, and food should be set up, so that tourists can experience the whole process of development and progress of different historical stages of the Yellow River culture and the cultural characteristics of different historical periods.
