Which areas and places are prohibited from setting off fireworks?
I. Areas within the Chongqing Ring Expressway (including the Ring Expressway)
2. Prohibited areas in urban built-up areas
◆ Jijiang Peninsula area (from East Sunshine Wharf along the dock highway to Shuangbao gas station along Xiangjiang Avenue to Longgao Road, Gaohua Road to Yangluo Road high-speed Zhiping cross-line bridge north of the area, including river beaches and rivers along the Yangtze River)
◆ Degan Street Area (from the entrance of the Yangtze River of Qiaoxi River along the Qiaoxi River to the Chongqing Gearbox Factory Area along the Lubei Line expressway along the River to the east of the junction of Degan Sacred Spring, including the river beaches and rivers along the Yangtze River)
◆ Shengquan Street Area (Shengquan Street Urban Built-up Area), Shuangfu Street Area (Urban Built-up Area Other than Ring Expressway)
3. Other areas and venues
Units producing and storing flammable and explosive materials; units for the protection of cultural relics; safety protection zones for stations, wharves, bridges, tunnels, rail transit facilities, and railway lines; protected areas for drinking water sources; safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation facilities; medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, and old-age care institutions; septic tanks, biogas digesters, underground pipe networks; key fire prevention areas such as forests; and other areas or places where fire is prohibited by laws, regulations, and rules.

What will happen to illegal discharges?
Where fireworks and firecrackers are set off in prohibited areas or places, or fireworks and firecrackers are set off in violation of the provisions on safe discharge, the public security organs will order them to stop the display in accordance with law and impose a fine of between 100 and 200 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, a fine of between 200 and 500 yuan.
Where fireworks and firecrackers are sold in areas or locations where the display of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited, the production safety supervision and management department shall investigate and deal with them in accordance with law. Where the display or sale of fireworks and firecrackers constitutes an act of violating the administration of public security, a punishment for the administration of public security shall be given in accordance with law; where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be pursued in accordance with law.

Please consciously abide by the relevant regulations on the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers, do not illegally set off fireworks and firecrackers in the prohibited area, do not illegally set off fireworks and firecrackers in the restricted area, and do not illegally buy, sell, transport and store fireworks and firecrackers.
When returning to the hometown during the Spring Festival to worship the ancestors, even in the fireworks area, please do not set off or less fireworks, civilize the sacrifice sweep, avoid causing fires and other safety accidents, and the whole people work together to create a safe, civilized and harmonious social and public environment.
