Team Report: Ligue 1 has passed new epidemic prevention regulations, and all players are compulsorily tested 48 hours before the game

According to the "Team Newspaper", Ligue 1 has passed a new epidemic prevention agreement, and from now on, all Ligue 1 Ligue 2 players need to undergo mandatory testing 48 hours before the game.

Previously, the French Football Association only required unvaccinated players to be tested before the game, and after the new health agreement was passed, several Ligue 1 clubs have begun to test their own players for the new crown.

If a player needs to be quarantined, the vaccinated player will have a relatively shorter quarantine period, usually 7-10 days, and if the test results turn negative and asymptomatic after 5 days of isolation, the player can return to the team to train. The final decision will depend on the club team doctor.

The Team Newspaper believes that with the increase in testing, the number of positive cases of Ligue 1 will increase significantly in the coming weeks.
