In order to save Shan Xiongxin's life, Qin Qiong tried everything to try to persuade Li Shimin, but no matter what they said, Li Shimin was not moved. Even if Qin Qiong, Xu Maogong, and Cheng Yaojin were to kowtow and plead, they would return the three officials to redeem Shan Xiongxin's death. Li Shimin did not agree. Seeing that he could not persuade Li Shimin, in a hurry, Qin Qiong was so anxious to weep like rain and was willing to take the place of death with his body, but Li Shimin did not change his original intention and must kill Shan Xiongxin. Weeping like rain, this is Qin Qiong's second cry for Shan Xiongxin's life, and a man who wants to cry like this can be seen in deep love and righteousness.

Unable to save Shan Xiongxin, Qin Qiong's liver and intestines were broken, and he ordered people to bring the brazier, each of them took off the saber, took turns cutting off the flesh on his own stock, and when it was cooked on the fire, he handed it to Xiongxin to eat: "The brothers swear to live and die together, and they cannot obey each other today; if they renege on their promises on another day, they cannot take care of their brother's family, and when such meat is burned, they will be slaughtered by people." "Such a righteous act, I would like to ask how many people in the world can do it." The liver and intestines are broken, the tears are silent, the meat is cut and fed to the brother" and so on, this is the third cry of Qin Qiongyi.
These three cries are all Qin Qiong's expression and manifestation of the righteousness of Shan Xiongxin, one crying about the safety of Shan Xiongxin, thank God, Shan Xiongxin is alive; the second crying, can not save Shan Xiongxin is powerless, hate his own ability is not good, it is difficult to protect the life of his brothers, even if they cannot save their lives in the way of life, sigh helplessness; the three weeping brothers are separated from each other from this day, the brothers are not there, but the love and righteousness will always exist.
