Fatima Madrid gar and Robert Trujillo, women from the United States, have welcomed two important new members - son Alfredo and daughter Irene.
Speaking of their arrival, Fatima and Robert seemed particularly excited and happy. Because Alfredo and his sister Irene are twins, they are very special - the two were born a year apart.
Fatima and Robert never imagined that such a thing would happen to them.
The two babies were born more than 15 minutes apart, and the years were separated by one year
Fatima and Robert's family lived in California. In the first half of last year, they had good news - Fatima had babies in her belly, not just one, but two, namely Alfredo and Irene.
Although the two had already had two daughters and a son, Fatima and Robert were still very excited about the two new members.
Of course, having two babies at once is not a comfortable thing for Fatima. Every day, Fatima had to act carefully, and Robert cared for her, hoping that Alfredo and Irene would arrive safely and smoothly.
Just after months of hard work, on December 31, 2021, Fatima felt a pang of pain and was taken to the hospital. She and Robert knew that the two babies in their stomachs couldn't wait to come out and meet Mom and Dad.
At 11:45 p.m., the lovely Alfredo announced with a loud cry that he had arrived before his sister Irene. Finally, after more than 15 minutes, the mischievous Erin finally came out. At this point, a little bit has passed since 12 o'clock in the evening, and the time has reached 2022.
With a difference of more than 15 minutes, Alfredo and Erin were born in different years.
Even the staff felt incredible
Looking at Alfredo and Irene, Fatima and Robert's excitement was indescribable, they never imagined that the two babies would come out in different years, and that Erin would arrive on the first day of 2022.
"They're twins, but they have different birthdays, which is really incredible. I am surprised and delighted that she (Irene) has arrived at this time," Said Fatima with a happy face.
Not only Fatima and Robert, but also the staff who were present at the time felt amazing and excited.
"This is one of the most memorable events I've felt in all my years at work. Welcoming them in 2021 and 2022 (Alfredo and Erin) is really a joy. The start to the new year is really beautiful," said one of the staff members, Anna Abril Arias.
It is reported that in the United States, only 120,000 pairs of twins are born every year, and the birth time is even more rare, only one in 2 million probability.
Fatima and Robert were really lucky to be able to encounter such a thing.
It is reported that Alfre weighs about 5.5 pounds; Erin is also good, about 5.33 pounds, and both perform well in all aspects.
Soon, the two of them were able to follow their mother, Fatima, home. And their two sisters and brothers in the family had long been looking forward to seeing them soon.
