China Quality News Network News Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspection. Among them, 21 batches of aquatic products were sampled, 20 batches were qualified, and 1 batch was unqualified.
The sampling inspection is based on the "National Standard for Food Safety Animal Aquatic Products" (GB 10136-2015), the "National Standard for Food Safety" FOR Algae and Its Products GB 19643-2016), the "National Standard for Food Safety" for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2760-2014), the "National Standard for Food Safety" (GB 2762-2017) and other standards and product explicit standards and quality requirements.
The inspection items include benzoic acid and its sodium salts, sorbic acid and its potassium salts, sodium saccharin, total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, commercial sterility, cadmium, lead, sulfur dioxide residue, N-dimethylnitrosamine, butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA), dibutyl hydroxytoluene (BHT), terbutyl terhenol (TBHQ), propyl gallate (PG), flux cysts, nematode larvae, tapeworm schizocephalus, etc. The qualified product information of this sampling inspection is as follows:
