Today's sharing is the Tanshi Mountain Cultural Site located in Tanshi Village, Minhou County, Fujian Province, which began excavation in January 1954, and has carried out 8 excavations, with an excavation area of 2,000 square meters, a total of 89 tombs, 9 pottery kilns, 2 trenches, and a large number of pottery, stone tools, bone tools and jade have been excavated.
The owner of the 137th tomb is probably a young woman of about 25 years old, and her left cheekbone is divided into upper and lower parts, and the lower cheekbone is called "Japanese bone" because most Japanese people have this cheekbone. This shows that Japanese culture is not only influenced by Chinese culture, but even the Japanese race can be traced back to the Azushiyama people.
It is the first confirmed archaeological culture in Fujian Province and a microcosm of early human labor on the southeast coast. It is also the cradle of Fujian's ancient marine culture and the birthplace of the pre-Qin and Min ethnic groups.
From the excavated production tools and living utensils, we can see the cultural characteristics of the Ancestors of Minyue more than 5,000 years ago. The Azushiyama Cultural Site reveals the social consciousness of the Azukuishiyama people.
We see that there are not many stone tools excavated from the Azushiyama cultural site, most of them are mainly grinding stone tools, and some of them are a small number of roughly ground stone axes and choppers. Moreover, most of the stone is tuff, as well as shale and a small amount of siliceous rock, the stone is fine and hard, the color is mainly gray-black, and there are gray, gray-brown and so on.
319 pieces were excavated, which is the largest number of stone tools, accounting for about three-fifths of the total number of excavated stone tools. The plane forms are mostly rectangular and long trapezoidal, but also short trapezoidal and nearly square.
