Three squirrels said that after investigation, the advertisement was launched on March 28, 2019, and the company did not strictly control the online review of this page. At noon on the same day, three squirrels issued a statement saying that after investigation, the product was launched in October 2019, and the model on the page was Chinese, and its makeup was based on its personal characteristics, without deliberate ugliness. In response to netizens' feedback that the model's makeup does not conform to the public aesthetics and the resulting discomfort, the company apologizes, and has replaced the page at the first time, and has arranged to check other product pages of the company to prevent similar situations.
